The most awful experience. Tried to offer feedback and was called rude, blocked, and advised it was because they denied me a job. I just wanted to let them know their frozens are still frozen when served and staff don’t wash hands after cigarette breaks… sometimes humility is everything guys. Honestly such poor behaviour.

Leaving Launceston I dropped in without any great expectation as I just needed some food in my stomach. So after purchasing some take away my stomach was full . We have been getting battered flake from here for several years and the fish has always been excellent. However last week we found the fish to be very tough as though it hadn't been cooked properly. We didn't post anything then thinking it was probably just a one off. However we ordered the same again today and it was even worse.
