Great service ,tasty foods great menu options for Italian but tough place for kids. Recently went there for my son's birthday and was extremely impressed with the service was amazing could not fault it and they did this while the restaurant was full ,a amazing job !!!!!!! Thought I will update U about an experience I had at here last night all our food was great but my partner is vegetarian and beside pizza or salad there is not much to choose so she decided to have the soup which was inedible (pumpkin ) so we went to pay inform the waitress about the situation and even though she couldn't eat it they still charged us $10 even though this is not much money but it's the principle to b charged money for something U can't eat is I feel wrong so even though everything else was fine like the service (she really a great waitress) it still left a bad taste in our mouths (pun intended) We left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied so in future we may try...

My mussel dish was ooh la lah! But what made the experience thoroughly enjoyable, was the exceptionally amazing customer service from Jo-Maree. She was the only staff member on the floor for Friday lunch. The restaurant was at 3/4 capacity and Jo-Maree served every customer perfectly in the huge capacity of her role, worked magnificently under pressure and with a truly delightful demeanor. Congratulations on whomever employed this beautiful young woman. She sure earns her keep! Only gave 4 Stars because you had oysters kilpatrick on the menu but upon ordering was advised the entree...

My disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined.

We both ordered the 'Scotch Fillet Steak' for $30, the most expensive main on the menu as I recall. We were instead served tasteless cheap cuts of fatty rump steak completely hidden in gravy (which had a few peppercorns thrown in far too late in the preparation of the 'peppercorn sauce' but that's by the bye).

A memorably bad restaurant experience. To be avoided. Oh and we weren't offered drinks to start with and then when we ordered drinks they were promptly forgotten and we have to wave around to...
