The Brewster street McDonald's is where the youngest greenest employees who don't have a clue what they are doing are foisted upon an unsuspecting public
"Can I help you with a kiosk?"
"No, I'm paying cash so we have to do it at the counter anyway. I want a half choc/half vanilla thickshake, there's not a button for it you're going to have to do it on the sly"
The teenager gives you that deer in headlights look, and asks the manager where the button is
The manager snaps that they don't do half and half and the teenager asks what you want instead. You walk out and go to one of the other 2 Macca's and get your half choc half vanilla thickshake.
It is not just the sly half and half thickshake that is not technically a Macca's product, but you can get off any competent McDonald's employee in the right mood.

I headed up stairs to the rest room, to find there is no toilet paper or spares. not a good start! There were quite a number of staff on, and wasn’t too busy, but service took a long while. (Just for a coffee!) Conversations were carried out with staff members amongst themselves loudly from back of kitchen yelling out to front of house.. things that were certainly not appropriate for good customer service. A bus of around 10 teen sport kids pulled up, and the store manager calls out to other staff.. “send the bus Elsewhere, we don’t want them “ she also openly expressed she hated buses coming in for service. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! I found this to be highly disrespectful, and extremely poor customer relations. I ordered my coffee, and left. Didn’t feel welcome to want to stick around any longer, with disrespectful staff running the place! This has to be the worst Maccas staff ever! So move on to the next town for your maccas fix. You may even get a...
