Oporto Little River Melbourne Bound — Restaurant in Little River

I would give 0 stars if I could, terrible service. I just stopped here and thought I'd try Oporto for a change and saw an ad outside for a '$10 crispy rappsnacker meal'. I ordered it forgetting to include the word 'crispy' and no follow up questions were asked. Whilst it was being prepared I checked and saw I was charged $1.50 more and was told that the rappsnacker meal and crispy rappsnacker meal are different with the former costing $1.50 more because 'it includes a tender'. I thought that meant it had an extra item, turns out I just paid more because the piece of chicken isn't breaded, so more for less value essentially. I wasn't offered to have the order amended or anything, instead I was assumed to already know the subtleties of the Oporto menu and internal operations. To add insult to injury, I asked to have my drink once the meal was ready, and she forgot to add it so I had to walk back. Whoever was on shift around 12:15 pm 24/10 needs some lessons in customer service!!...

Never been so discusted ever, with false advertising. We bought bonus chicken pieces. We saw the ad on tv. Husband said he wants the crispy chicken from the add. He'd been hanging out for them. We upsized for the 2 of us. Well it cost $20 to upsize, when I saw the tiny box i said they have only given us 3 pieces. We opened tiny box and inside was 5 pieces of chicken in batter not crispy and so tiny I was horrified. Hubby went back and said he wanted the chicken in the picture on the wall. Only to be told thats it. I can buy a whole chicen for $11 in Supermarket. Not hanging out for ( suppose to be) crisby chicken any longer. I will never buy food in Hungry Jacks again, ever. People sitting near us were discusted too when they saw our food for $20. TV should not be advertising these false...

Positives : qtr chicken box, good size. Breast cooked well and tomato salad good, garlic dip strong and tasty, nice touch with the pita. Filled a hungry void.

Negatives: breast pieace on smallish side, and if you claim bbq, need to do each piece fresh, not precooked warmed up in micro wave and lathered in sauce to serve. Extremo chilli is just hot,adds no real taste. Tomato salad bland no seasoning?? (Mix with garlic dip = nice) And again pita warmed up in micro wave when could have been grilled along side of chicken. Price of $12 is $2 -...
