Had the strangest meal i have ever encountered, order the lamb cutlets, thirty two dollars, was not asked or informed what I required to go with them, it was delivered to the table three lamb cutlets cooked in a bowl.No salad, no vegetables, no salt, no pepper.I have never had a meal that was so strange, and basically, it was not a meal.It was three cutlets in a bowl. Seriously I never had anything so odd in 71 years. Totally not recommended ,very sub par . What you do, get and what you don't get. Staff need to be a little bit more personal with information regarding your meal . One star is all I would rate it. As per usual, instead of contacting me personally I have a reply that does not address the issue. Staff need to be trained ,no confusion on my part asking for this to be served as a main . All good ,just...

Don't bother, go into town, it's only 5 minutes away. Yes, it's convenient to just walk across from your caravan site, but the food was well less than ordinary

My wife had the barramundi and the piece of fish was about 2" x 3"....a cigarette packet would've covered over it. It was chewy and bland. And that was $31.50!

I had the "chicken parmi" for $27.50. The parmigiana was ok (at least bigger in size than the barra) a little overcooked (it was brown), but it came with just 9 chips and the salad..... it was just 3 wilted mixed leaves (like from Woolies & Coles) and just one, yes ONE, slice of translucent cucumber. That was the "salad".... no word of a lie.

We should've complained but we'd already waited close to 90 minutes and just...

Well the bloke with the bull and dog was really rude too us , It spoilt the night , I reckon the bloke is right the bull does not like kids But we threw the stick too his dog and he got upset with us and was really rude It upset the whole family We are a Queensland family that have dogs just like his , we are a family that travels and supports the bush We are many many generation Queenslanders , Best they get a nice bloke on a bull and if the owner of the dog does not want a stick thrown too the dog he leaves it on the front verandah Really as a Queenslander who travels the outback I would rate it as my worse experience of the outback bar and that’s some 51 years What a shame the girl at the bar was really really nice The...

After reading previous reviews was a bit hesitant in going but what could be the worst that could happen..a bad meal...well, we're so pleased we went & enjoyed "Hawksy" playing the music & fabulous tasty meal...Rump was so tender & yummy, all the food was delicious & at a reasonable price $25 buffet. beers $5 stubbies & really, do people forget how far away they are from the city to not worry about price & support these places..under new management & everyone friendly. Worth a visit & thanks for entertaining night!

Buffet pizza and pasta. Very tasty, good atmosphere. Staff warm, friendly and accommodating. For the cost it is worth as you can go back and get more if you want. Extra for dessert. And bar is open before the food is put out. Plenty of seating, and a fair few here eating and enjoying the lovely atmosphere. Heaters are also on for those (me included) really need a bit more warmth. Lol
