What an unforgettable experience! The truffle hunt tour with Ian was absolutely brilliant. His deep knowledge of the truffle industry, combined with his bubbly personality, made every tidbit of information fascinating and fun to learn. You could really feel his passion for what he does, and it made the whole tour that much more engaging.

A real highlight was meeting the amazing truffle dogs, Indy and Max — watching them in action was such a treat! It gave great insight into just how unique and interesting the truffle hunting world is.

As the tour was wrapping up, we had a lovely surprise when boss lady Mel stopped by. She took the time to chat with us, which added such a special touch to the experience.

We just went for petrol on the way to Albany from Margaret River, and found this place. Had an afternoon snack—2 things, both very yummy and not-so-sweet: chocolate+hazelnut tart and the dark chocolate, rosemary, pine nut brownie. The tart was so good we just had to buy another one even if we were very full. It was Passionfruit-Feijoa, which we had days later and it still tasted very fresh and good by the time we ate it.
