What an unforgettable experience! The truffle hunt tour with Ian was absolutely brilliant. His deep knowledge of the truffle industry, combined with his bubbly personality, made every tidbit of information fascinating and fun to learn. You could really feel his passion for what he does, and it made the whole tour that much more engaging.

A real highlight was meeting the amazing truffle dogs, Indy and Max — watching them in action was such a treat! It gave great insight into just how unique and interesting the truffle hunting world is.

As the tour was wrapping up, we had a lovely surprise when boss lady Mel stopped by. She took the time to chat with us, which added such a special touch to the experience.

Overall, I highly recommend this tour when you’re in Manjimup, especially anyone curious about truffles, foodies, or anyone just looking for a fun, informative day out! And don’t forget to pop into Hunter & Hound for a coffee and bite to eat...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were lucky enough to visit Hound and Hunter Fine Foods during our trip to Manjimup, and it was one of the culinary highlights of our time in Western Australia. The food was thoughtful, beautifully prepared, and full of bold flavors—but The Ultimate Truffle Toastie was truly next-level! Rich, indulgent, and absolutely packed with truffle goodness—it lived up to its name in every way.

The space is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear the team is passionate about showcasing the best of the region. A must-visit for anyone traveling through Manjimup, especially if you’re a truffle lover. We’ll be dreaming about that toastie for...

We just went for petrol on the way to Albany from Margaret River, and found this place. Had an afternoon snack—2 things, both very yummy and not-so-sweet: chocolate+hazelnut tart and the dark chocolate, rosemary, pine nut brownie. The tart was so good we just had to buy another one even if we were very full. It was Passionfruit-Feijoa, which we had days later and it still tasted very fresh and good by the time we ate it. Then we sampled their miso-gojuchang paste (can buy in a jar) on their sourdough bread—so good! Also bought other stuff which will only try soon. It's a "must-visit" if you're...
