Blue Tiger — Restaurant in Manjimup

This was a family favorite until last Thursday. My carer and I had to cancel a trip to oncology in Bunbury so decided to go to Manjimup to do a shop and my treat to your cafe We placed our order, coffee arrived barely warm made by person who couldnt stop yawning ordered a couple of slices at same time which came15 minutes or more later (not because of too many customers) So on way out very politely mentioned to person who seemed to be in charge re warm coffee it was sort of acknowledged. Big deal but you have lost both my business and all our family's business from overseas and local. Why is it that this happens. Is it because it's bad training , because we werent important enough who knows all I know is this I probably wont ever go back again wont refer to friends family or like, sadly we used to be proud to go there nor did we care about how much it cost. BASICALLY WE WERE TREATED POORLY. GET IT RIGHT OR PUT UP SIGN CUSTOMER BEWARE. Instead of it being a treat it was a big disappointment Our coffee warm, slices arrived after the event. I hv had my own businesses so in reality I am doing you a favor by even bothering to take time to post the above....

Had breakfast for the first time in this place, ordered a chai latte with rice milk - very happy about all the alternative milk this place has! Finally! - and avocado on toast with hash browns as well. The girls were super polite, kind and smiling and the breakfast was really good! Also, everything was fresh and food didn’t take too long. Loads of walk-ins so I recon this place has to be very good for coffees as well as most of the customers were ordering just take away drinks. Very happy with the service and quality of food, really impressed from the barista girl who was so so so so kind and had an amazing smile! Definitely...

Atmosphere - staff are polite but not particularly friendly and the cafe interior has gone for the urban warehouse look, but just feels like a warehouse rather than having a comfortable vibe.

It felt disorganised with staff having to run down to Coles twice to pick up supplies while we were there. When the food did arrive, it was tasty and the coffee was good.

Overall, an okay place to eat, but with so much cafe competition in Manjimup and not being on the main strip, they really need to step up their service and/or truly go down the health/organic food route to make this a cafe worth going out of...
