KFC Marulan — Restaurant in Marulan

We like to have KFC as a once a month treat, but sadly, we have stopped as the pieces of chicken we get in our meal and the chips are over cooked, dried out and chips are darkish brown and well over cooked as well. There was a young guy at the front serving last time we were there and he had his hat on but his long hair was in his face and he was constantly touching his hair ,putting it behind his ears and face then would pick up tongs with those same hands and continues the serving of food into people's boxes at one point he had the tongs in his hands while moving the hair feom out of his face and that is a definite No for me. If you have internal cameras, please go through the footage to see for yourself . Basic common sense and basic hygiene training, which should have been reinforced to these young kids or anyone for that matter working in that establishment, should have been provided and I have to ask, where are hair nets to hold his hair back so he or she is NOT constantly touching their hair or wiping it away off their faces? I believe in feedback, be it positive or negative, as a business person, I also receive both, and when I do, it helps me to adjust ,change and grow from what is said, that is Vital for Growth and to become a great business person or establishment. I hope management read this and things are changed...

If the staff are doing their job well then there isn't much variance between the quality of food at KFC outlets but when it comes to giving customers the extras like napkins, spoons and moist towelettes, this is where this location failed.

We were halfway through our meal when just before we discovered our missing extras a previous customer came in and complained that their chip box wasn't filled sufficiently. I guess we weren't the only customers that day that was given substandard service.

As I went to the counter greasy handed to ask for napkins, I was handed the missing items without an apology or any recognition of anything wrong with our order, as if that was normal practice to forget items.

Overall the store was clean and the staff were well presented, it was their attitudes that let...

Only called in to grab 24 nuggets and a freeze for lunch. As always there is something just that little bit better about a KFC store that isn't entrenched in the burbs of Sydney. I guess maybe the folk that work in the store are just that little more invested in their work. What ever it is while I am not a fast food addict, it is just that little bit better to grab something quick when you're on a roadtrip and get back to the business of making your way back to where jobs are easier to get, less valuable to keep and as such the employee's are less invested and as a result it's back to service with a snarl and the slight diversion of that iconic 11 secret herbs and spices that is only as good as the attitude with which it is served.
