Stopped late afternoon grabbed a roast meat roll pre made in cling wrap went to drive off only to bite into a MINIMUM 5 DAY OLD roll incredibly stale, meat so dry it could be used as a mop. Managed to turn back into the carpark go back in only for the lady behind the counter to argue that it was made that day. No time or date on the roll , I explained that stale is not that day and it must have accidentally been kept but she coninued to argue it was fresh . manager refunded drove onto the highway to then be hit with the worst coffee's (one was almond milk one full cream) you could have ever tasted. DO NOT STOP HERE EVEN IF YOU ARE HAVING A HEART ATTACK. Drive as far away as you can and eat elsewhere. I really want too say great things, it's just really hard to be honest. I've been here a few times, and I'm almost willing to eat anywhere other then fast food, so this is my only option. There appears to be labels everywhere; except on the hot food in the bainmare, it would really help to know what I'm asking for. To have a plate and decent cutlery is awesome, as cafeteria style food it's not terrible. Service is an absolute mess and very slow, but the people seem pleasant. Don't expect anyone to go the extra mile - I had a cane and moon boot and needed to carry my own plate (glad I didn't order a drink as well). Been told I can't order from the healthy menu either... Not 100% sure why. I am however grateful to have something else to...

Arrived here in a group of eight and ordered twice over ten minutes. In the first lot the woman took the payment for drinks from the fridge plus a Chico Roll and then walked off and took another order, without getting the Chico Roll. I can accept one as an accident but I then ordered 2 coffees. The first arrived and then two other orders came out. I spoke politely to the lady making the hot drinks but was given a filthy look and she then wandered off to the other end of the counter ignoring me. No checking the till or asking further questions, just ignoring me. Luckily the woman who had served me on the till saw me waiting and made it for me but, sadly, the poor attitude from the other ruined...
