Where do I start? Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery online. Mysterious $2.90 charge appears. OK. I wait 30 minutes after the advised pick up time, but no delivery. Rang up and was told they were not doing deliveries tonight. I advised that I can't pick them up because I have Covid. After 4 minutes hanging on the phone they said they would deliver, but I had to spend another 5 dollars on top. The kicker - I would have to order them again online. When I said this was unacceptable, after a lengthy discussion, they offered to refund my money. That will take 7 days apparently. I takes 1 minute to remove your money and 10,080 minutes to return it. Oh, and the $2.90 surcharge? That is what the website operator charges them. As a business owner of 40 years, my advice to them is give up and find something else to do. My advice to you, if I may be so bold, is do not give them any of your money.

I was offered a delivery IF I WENT BACK TO THE WEBSITE AND SPENT ANOTHER 8 DOLLARS. There was no information whether I would be charged another $2.90 surcharge. I can point you to several other establishments in your area where the service fee is not charged. In fact most. Google is your friend I am sorry you had to waste $4.00 of food.
