Bungunyah Apartments — Hotel in Melbourne

Our stay with Bungunyah Property Services was nothing short of wonderful. The property itself was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean, thoughtfully prepared, and filled with little touches that made it feel like home the moment we walked in. Every corner of the space reflected care and attention, creating an atmosphere of calm and comfort that made it hard to leave.

But what made the experience truly memorable was the kindness and grace of Henriette. Although we didn’t meet in person, her warmth came through in every conversation. She was accommodating, understanding, and incredibly thoughtful, going above and beyond by allowing us a later check out, which we deeply appreciated. Her communication was clear and genuine, and she made the whole process seamless from beginning to end.

Henriette is the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression, not just for her professionalism, but for the way she makes you feel cared for, even from afar. We feel lucky to have stayed in such a lovely place, hosted by such a lovely soul.

Highly recommended, and we would return in a heartbeat....

Bungunyah was a great place to stay for my first visit home in over 14 years. I grew up in the area and our apartment was a cosy home base from which to get reacquainted with my home town and to catch up with family and friends. The apartment had very good kitchen facilities and equipment and the heating was very good (given the turn of weather in Autumn). The beds were very comfortable and the service was exceptional. We had a few changes of plans and the staff were very accommodating. The only issues were construction noise in the morning, although this was minimal, it did wake us up earlier than we would have liked some mornings, and no smart tv. The construction will not be forever, and I see that there are plans to include smart tv's, so these things won't be a problem for...

We needed somewhere to stay in between leaving our former property and moving in the new one desperately and then we found Bungunyah and Amazing Henriette ❤️ she was extremely helpful and patient and after chatting for a while I knew we had found the right place to stay. Our lovely two bedroom cottage was as she promised Clean warm cosy bright lots of windows and wonderfully pleasant everything my husband and I needed and more was in the cottage we were in #3 (cotton) The well kept garden was a treat and so lovely to see the spring bulbs popping up our visitors plan on telling family and friends of this well managed selection of very convenient cottages to stay.
