We had high hopes for a special dinner on Valentine's Day, but our experience was far from pleasant. We arrived at the restaurant with my 7-year-old and ended up waiting for an hour before our food arrived. Unfortunately, when the food came, they served our mains before our starters, which was not what we had requested. After mentioning this to the staff, they brought out the starters, but by then, the damage had been done.
The biggest issue was with the food itself. My chicken was undercooked and still red inside, and my child had difficulty chewing it, which was worrying. When the mains arrived, I also had to remind the staff that my steamed rice was missing, as they had brought out the Thai curry on its own. The rice finally arrived, but to my shock, there was a long black hair wrapped in the rice. When I pointed it out, they apologized, but by then, our appetite was completely ruined.
What made matters worse was the staff coming over frequently to check on our table, which felt embarrassing and uncomfortable. While they did reduce our bill in an attempt to make up for the poor experience, it did not make up for the ruined evening.
We won’t be returning. The service and food quality were subpar, and Valentine’s Day turned out to be a real disappointment.

Read moreTried this place for the first time yesterday and just have a few things to point out:
▫️ crispy pork was overcooked, tasted like it was reheated? They likely rushed to make mine as they made someone else made quite a while prior to my arrival ▫️ there was more of the broccoli stalks than anything else in the veggies, and very little carrots ▫️ expensive for what tasted to be average in comparison to other places I’ve tried - $28 in total for 2 separate dishes (be wary that a small surcharge applies as total cost should have been $27.50 so it’s just an additional 50c or so) ▫️the review would have been higher if the menu actually included rice, given the hefty cost
Overall, it could have...
Read moreLocal Thai family run restaurant with good setting and nice interior deco.
Quite empty when we went there for dinner during weekday but quite busy on friday night when we went back again. Service is good.
Their pad thai is super good and tasty with full of creamy sauce. You would love it like me if you love peanut flavour in the sauce. For me, close to one of the best pad thai I have ever had so far.
Other dishes were just so so. Green curry's flavour was nice but too spicy. Pad see ew was a bit too salty. The meat were a bit dry for both dishes though, can definitely improve on this aspect.
Overall, still worth it to try out this place. I will surely keep cominh back for their...
