Bar Eight — Restaurant in Melbourne

NOT A 1 STAR!!! I do not rate this place at all!! Staff are aggressive and the manager is defensive and I don't believe has any idea about acceptable Australian standards. They use bar stools to hold the toilet doors open, which isn't nice when you can see straight into the male toilets from the pool hall. We identified to the manager, that being able to see inside the male toilets (I.e the urinal) from the pool hall is unacceptable. She did not understand this. She told us, bar stools were used to hold the doors open because the facilities were cleaned. When asked how often the toilets were cleaned she said daily!! So that doesn't explain why my partner had to close the doorS multiple times in a space of an hour... she then blamed it on the hinge. Went to leave and was told out of the blue that the police were called, because the door staff felt threatened by me. This made me laugh, because it was me who said to the door staff, there was no need for her to be aggressive, I was purely just trying to identify a public offensive.
