So you think that the fancy pasta from the supermarket tastes better? Well, do I have a treat for you!! If you enjoy the traditional pasta that nonna used to make, you need to head down to belissima in railway Avenue. Right across from the cemetery, you can't miss this bright yellow shop. Starting off as a modest pasta shop, with the factory behind the shop, nonna would come out into the shop to serve you, with her apron covered in flour. It's now turned into the most magnificent Deli with home made sauces and different pasta, both fresh and frozen. Now you can even get some fresh made salad and chicken rolls made while you wait. Only 2 Stars today as I'm quite disappointed with my stale pistachio & lemon cake slice purchased today , definitely wasn't made in the last 36 hours ,it had the stale fridge taste & quite rubberised. The cardinal slice is being made different now , quality is not the same, packet sponge fingers have been used instead of the norm.

Charging people the same money but not providing the fresh quality cakes we deserve to receive as paying customers. Stop...

Wish I got some photo's the renovations today they look so good Love coming here when I don't feel like cooking I usaully grab a lasagne which is our families favourite and I can not grab a dessert the almond crescents are my pick love to try more of the dessert and gelato range. It was is great to see a lot more products in today I was thinking on the way down be good if they made some meatballs and and take home salads well done guys beautiful...
