Not long ago joined the queue for a coffee, believing I was last to be ordering. Approached the barista and waited and waited at the window without any acknowledgement that I existed. Then he gruffly told me there was a lady before me!
What an ignoramous. No idea of customer service. He has lost a customer forever.
By contrast, what a hero's welcome across the street at Concetta's Kitchen as a first time customer. That's my go-to cafe in future.

The specials board included:- Sauteed mushrooms, poached egg, bacon, rocket and goat's cheese crumble on sourdough ($26). My wife had this dish and said it was great, and the goat's cheese crumble was interesting and tasty. Meanwhile I had a regular toastie: ham, cheese, mushroom ($10). I've been going to biddys for my breakfast and morning coffee for roughly a year and a bit now and the staff are lovely; their coffee is fantastic and their breakfast menu is lovely. The other thing I really like is that they have a "to go" window where you can order and take away your good and coffee where you don't have to enter the premises which I've found very handy with the covid situation.
