Honestly, this was the worst experience ever from Bubba Pizza – Tarneit store.

I’ve ordered from them before, but this time both family-size pizzas were absolutely terrible. The base was very hard — not chewable at all. You’d literally need a dentist appointment after eating this. I don’t know if they used old dough, didn’t cook it properly, or just had someone completely unskilled in the kitchen, but something was seriously wrong.

Toppings were also stingy for the price. For what you pay at Bubba, you’d expect way better than Pizza Hut or Domino’s, but this one was actually worse than both.

When I complained, the owner wasn’t even there. The pizza maker handed me the phone to speak to him, and his response was just pathetic — he actually told me I could go check the oven temperature myself if I wanted! Like seriously? That’s your customer service?

After a lot of back-and-forth, he said they’d make me a large pizza to “see how I go,” and if I liked it, he’d get them to make another one. I agreed, even though I’d ordered x 2 family size ($57 in Total), not large. The large one actually turned out okay, so I asked them to make the second one as agreed — but then his staff said the boss refused to approve it. Unbelievable. The man couldn’t even stick to his own words.

Then the staff tried to say maybe my first pizzas were hard because there was a “time gap” between pickup and eating. Are you kidding me? Are you saying your pizza becomes uneatable in 10 minutes?

I honestly got so angry I just left the trial pizza there. Complete waste of time and money. The owner clearly doesn’t care, and the whole experience was a joke. Never ordering from Bubba again. After I told my friends and relatives about this disaster, they’ve all sworn...

this place was one of the worst pizza places i’ve been too. the lady on the phone was so rude about the halal pizza’s on there menus. for this whole time i thought there meatlovers pizza’s was halal but apparently not to the lady on the phone. i have been a bubba customer of this franchise since 2019 and have always ordered the meat lovers pizza knowing it was halal but i guess not because there was bacon all over this pizza. i have known that this pizza place was FULLY halal since 2019 but how come i go to this place with a whole hijab on my head and this lady gives me bacon on my pizza? i was talking to the lady on the phone for about 5 minutes and she would not give me her name saying it was personal but when i walk into the store you guys have name badges? make it make sense anyway if you are muslim DO NOT order from this horrid place. this is the worst service i have ever received over the phone and there pizzas are so over priced anyway.
