I always order 3/4 full latte because full cup milk makes my coffee too weak and double shot latte is too strong for me. So, I always order 3/4 full latte to make that coffee shot perfect(1whole coffee shot and half poured milk in a cup). Different people has different coffee preference.
In the process they made full cup latte, they put my order wrong and I requested for another coffee to make. The lady threw/poured out half the cup and made it 3/4 full gave it to me “here”. We customer are not stupid. When you throw the half cup out the coffee shot will go with it , then it is still weak for me.
So rude, I was shook , I paused for a while like what just happened. And I didn’t grab that coffee I just left it there and I walked out. Didn’t ask for refund. And she scream from behind infront of that all customers “what do you want”? I Didn’t answer.
So RUDE!!!!!!

Answer to your reply: From my office, every staff goes to ademo as that is the only option. Unfortunately, your so-called experienced Baristas have no idea what should be the right temp for a coffee. Not cleaning that steam nozzle after each use and giving a burning taste to milk. Every second day, multiple staff ask them to throw away the coffees and requesting to make another one as they usually make the worst coffee. You can ask your supervisor there about how many complaints were made. There are a few staff only who are good but most times they are on food section side.
