I tried to order a meal deal for a pick up, deal #2, 1 lg pizza, 1 garlic bread or garlic pizza and a 1.25lt soft drink for $22. I asked for a garlic pizza, was told that would be an extra few dollars for the option of pizza rather than roll, I said the deal says I can choose either, he told me NO, I said ok just cook the order and we can sort the bill out when I pick it up. I was getting nowhere explaining what the website said and thought ill just show the menu on arrival. When I got there, I told them that the menu said its all included in the $22 price, the cook looked at me like I was the worst guy to ever walk the earth and said what app is that on, told her it was from your own website actually, and I showed her, this seemed to enrage her more, they begrudgingly agreed, I paid and waited for the order to be finished cooking, food ready, but they had not cooked the garlic pizza, but cooked the roll, I told them I wanted the garlic pizza, and the looks I was getting from the cook was horrible, if eyes were daggers Id be dead, after another horrible discussion they said we can cook the garlic pizza if you want to wait, so I agreed after being told it would take 7-8 minutes, Came back in 10 and it wasn't ready still, so I waited, while the cook stared at me throwing eye daggers. eventually I got my order and went home, the garlic pizza was burnt, the pizza was overcooked and like cardboard. Overall the experience was horrible, the food subpar, there seems to be a communication problem that's causing issues and staff that are nasty. I was treated like I was trying to pull off some sort of a scam on them when all I wanted was the deal as advertised on "their" website. No doubt I'll cop the eye daggers when I walk past...

Called and ordered two chicken parmas at 5:50pm was told the order would be out ASAP...WE can accept easter Monday it's a busy time so an hour later we call, and get hit with the it's just come out the fryers we're backed up tonight it's on its way less than 5 minutes!....20 minutes later no go, we call again and get the "oh coral street order, we haven't had time to call but something happened to your order we are remaking it chips are on their way out now will be 5 minutes this time."....no surprise here 10 minutes later we call again and get hit with the "it's been sent out,it's 5 minutes we will give you a $10 discount and we are very apologetic" we stated this is a bit beyond a joke and we've been waiting and hour and a half and been told 3 times it's on its way and less than 5 minutes...the response we got was "we've been very busy and very apologetic but it's on its way its been sent out" my partner said if it's not here in the next 10 minutes cancel the order...shocking the order never showed so it has been lie after lie after lie.
