The tea I ordered was "stewy" and tasted off, so I approached the staff and asked about it. They had no idea what tea leaves were being used. The young gentleman serving was amiable enough but there was a young lady who shouted and spoke very loudly until I pointed that out to her. I gave them my card and asked for the franchisee to contact me. No one has contacted me yet although it is more than three days now. Staff seem to not know what products and teas they are "concocting" and selling. Consumers and paying customers have a right to know what they are putting into their bodies.
