Extremely poor service quality of food was extremely disgusting and not very tasteful and the chips were way too salty even though I told them no salt would not recommend anyone to go here anymore
UPDATED REVIEW...thought to try it again after a while but its worst now more than ever. The plain Gravy is half empty and the chips were quarter empty... I know the trade where you supposed to squeeze the chip box and close up the top of the chip box... for what TO SAVE THEM MONEY...
I heard the manger tell the young worker and I quote. "What are you doing?, that's costing us money, throw it back and do it again". And that's the tipping point for my review. See that pictures for yourself... I have the proof. This is poor customer management on this part and I feel sorry for the young worker doing his best...
And in the past the manger in question was not rude like this before I so wounder what changed today?..... Anyways I think they rather throw out the chips then give a little more to the customer's that just bought x2 Family Dinner boxes which costs over $50 and for a low income family it's allot these days...... cost saving my behind....
Would you like to know what's worse... we ordered x2 Family Dinner boxes supposed to come with x4 large chips, we did save them money by removing x2 and exchanges them for smaller sides so WE SAVED THEM MONEY BY REMOVING THE X2 CHIPS.... and still was disgusted by the attitude here....
If you need to be a tight, then shut the place down.... then you will save heaps of money then....
BUT on the plus side. The most of the meal was fresh and tasty at least so there is some slight chance of hope for this store...
Just the chips were old and soggy and the pop corn chicken was dark very oily and small bits were only batter no chicken inside at all... very poor quality ... especially the chips we asked for fresh and we got old chips...đđ
We used to be regular customers here spending over $40 a day when it was a new store then we left as it was getting worse, and then recently de started up again after a long disappearance and still it has not changed, I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone ever....
I WILL RANDOMLY TEST THIS SITE AGAIN AND MAYBE AS A MYSTERY SHOPPER IN THE FUTURE....... YOU WILL NEVER KNOW WHEN NO WILL BE BACK.... maybe tomorrow or in a month or a year .... đ€

   Read moreOrdered through the app and pick up in the restaurant with my friend. Not long after my name popped up in the screen, one of the girls called my name to tell I need to wait for ten minutes for the wicked wings but I donât mind because there were 8-10 orders before me.
As time passes by about more than 25 minutes, I started to notice some customers ordered after me got theirs before mine. Went to the counter and standing at the pickup area, one of the girls pretended to be busy and just ignored me while the other was preparing the food. But when another customer came to asked for his order then âbusy girlâ turned around and asked us. I told her I was waiting for my order then she checked said the wicked wings are coming.
Went back to my seat to tell my friend about those thing and couple minutes after the called my name. The same girl donât even apologise for the wait but then I said âyou should notify your customers regarding their order donât let them waitâ, instead the response I got was a lie from her âwe called you but you didnât comeâ. I was sitting in the restaurant the whole time and pointed her where I sat yet, I only hear numbers being called, not my name! Still got no sorry from her and gave my order harshly with an annoying facial expression....
   Read moreOrdered through the app and went through the drive-thru. I asked the girl on the intercom if I could add items to the mobile order, and she said yes. After placing the rest of the order, we were told to wait in the parking lot. Over 10 minutes later, we finally got the food â but the extra items we ordered werenât in the bag.
We went back through the drive-thru to ask about the missing items, and a different staff member helped us. When we asked about the extras, he just said, "You weren't charged for those," in the most dismissive, sarcastic tone, like it was our fault. He didnât even try to explain why they werenât added â whether it was a system issue or a staff mistake â he just kept repeating that same sentence, offering no solution and taking zero responsibility.
At that point, I genuinely couldnât tell if this was a staff issue or if management just isnât training people properly. It was a joke. It honestly makes you wonder how some of these staff were even hired, let alone left to deal with customers unsupervised.
Whether itâs a lack of training or management simply not caring, the service here was unacceptable â no communication, no accountability, and no effort to fix their mistake. Absolutely...
