Charcoal Chicken Masters — Restaurant in Melbourne

Guys, your food is delicious. I buy food from you almost once per week. Excellent chicken & chips but the service just keeps on getting worse and worse. I ordered two chickens today plus chips and drink. Once I was called out to collect my order I asked the lady if the chicken was cut and she said 'No, you didn't ask for it to be cut' so I said, sorry, are you able to cut it? And her answer was 'No, I'm the only person cooking and serving and I don't have time to cut it. If you want it cut then next time ask for it to be cut when you order and I guess I'll have to do it' I kind of just stood there processing her answer and all I could say was 'seriously?' and yeah... seriously hahaha she didn't cut it. It has happened so many times now, the chicken doesn't get cut, sometimes even if you ask for it to be done, only to realise is not cut when...

This place is amazing 👏 due to working and driving then gym after work aswell as some personal time I cut it a bit close to closing time, I went in asked if they where still cooking expecting a fair where cleaning and going home which I would of completely understood i would of went home and cooked a boring home cooked meal but they where awesome they stayed back 10 minute's before closing and cooked my food i thanked them continually and apologised as I should but figured that wasn't enough so thankyou again and hopefully this helps the business 😀

STAY AWAY from this crapy shop and its owner. This is one of the shop whose owner and staff are rude, arrogant and misbehaving, of any person i have ever met. It is a strongly not recommended shop. I had bad experience with shop previously but i thought may be its my experience so though to give then another chance. but from this time all my friends family members and relatives who are more then 100 in number will be boycotting this shop. And forsure this person is not going to get that profit. Plus i will be on the mission to take his customers down due due to his bad and stingly behaviour and...
