Very disappointing experience this evening. Our group of 4 ordered via the drive through, with an order total around $70. After a 20 minute wait in the parking bay, 2 of our group walked in to check in on our order. They were met with what was described as a disorganised chaos with people and orders going everywhere. While standing inside, 3 cars orders from the drive through were served their food while we still waited. We received our food and as an apology for the wait received 4 free desserts. Upon sitting down and opening the bags to eat, it was discovered that the hot honey chicken was neither hot nor honey, just plain dry crunchy chicken, the roast was only chicken and potatoes in gravy, no vegetables in sight, the chips were cold and soggy and the chickmas burgers had little to no sauce at all.
Overall a very sad, long trip to come home with food that was well below expectation. I’d give half a star if I could, only because we were starving, but I can’t...

I ordered lunch today 12:50 for my family, with asap choice, 1:38 received a text saying delivered, while nothing have been received. Than another text saying "delivery modified or canceled ... reach out to them directly for more info". I called them at 1:45pm they asked me to wait 15 to 20 mins as they just sent the food out with the driver. My kids were verrry hungry waiting their food. 2:40pm I called them again, asked to talk to the manager, he said: sorry, not sure what happened with your food ... I can refund your money" that was all from them. They accept online orders and take the money but the order disappeared. So now my family is without food and I have to find another good shop to...
Read moreThe customer service experience was so terrible I felt like leaving the store. We were served by a male front of house staff who made us feel like a burden, he did not use his words and did not communicate with us. Quite often raising his eyebrows as a form of communication, he did not answer our questions or requests. For example, we requested to swap the potato gravy to coleslaw and wanted to make sure it was okay with them, only to be left with complete silence. We asked in a clear and polite tone yet the male staff chose to ignore us. Such a poor representation of Red Rooster, the corporate culture appears poor. The male employee did not want to be there and he made it quite obvious, reflecting his poor attitude and mood...
