We ordered thrice from this store, the first two times was online and third time was at the store. First time was good, the second and third time - pizzas crust was burnt. The third time because we actually went to the store - we got to see the employees preparing the pizza. The chefs don’t wear any gloves or head coverings and prepare pizzas with their bare hands. We saw them frequently wipe their foreheads and use the same hands without washing them. We didn’t feel like eating the pizza, ordered from another place on the way. We will probably never order from this place ever again. EDIT: I am not a disgruntled Uber driver like you claim. I was a genuine customer and I have witnessed this with my own eyes at your store! Here's proof of two of my purchases for your kind information and here's proof of a burnt pizza from my second order. It is very unprofessional to blame this on me when it is clear that your employees lack basic training in food hygiene. I am not trying to tarnish your image here, simply pointing out the health hazard your employees are causing amidst all of these viral diseases going around.

The place is pretty average for woodfire pizza. We were limited with options as it was a Monday night and decided to give Da Bella a try. Our crust was majority burnt, so we didn't eat much of the crust. The pizza were lacking a little flavour and love to be honest. We got a classic Margarita and Calabrese. If you're looking for a local that's reliable this one is a hit and miss. If the prices were anymore, I'd be even more disappointed... After chatting to the owner we got another two pizzas delivered and they were a lot different to the ones we got last week. Pizzas were made with a lot more love and Manish was understandable and provided great customer service. We got the Calabrese and Malenzane, without eggplant. Definitely worth a shot if you're in the area.

Pizza is still good however it's lost something. The dough is not as good as it once was, the cornicione (crust) is not as airy as it once was. I noticed the dreaded *spiky aerator* for use when they want to stop dough from cooking unevenly and to keep dough pre stretched. They always use to stretch to order, hopefully they continue this. Twice I have been recently and the old pizzaiolo who started this pizzeria has not been there. Hopefully he's only on holiday, he was very good. I have attached two photos most recent and four we ordered back in December. The spacanapoli in the group of four looks totally different. Also, the pasta had good flavour, but don't use manufactured chicken it adds nothing to the dish.

So here goes.. pathetic customer service. The sikh manager has a problem when you ask him what pizza he would recommend. Says everything is good. When you ask him what would he order if he was a customer says everything is good. We get it but at least be interested in what the customer is after and dont present yourself in a manner of being dumb as a doorknob. To help the ignorant fella I decide to provide feedback and said when a customer asks you for recommendations be open and not closed to making recommendations. Funnily he responds with 'I was arrogant whilst asking the questions above'. WHAT I can only remember I was enthusiastic as it was the first time in this shop and was looking for genuine feedback on the menu and carving a relationship with the in store crew. Why would i be arrogant when i had never met them previously or eaten their food! How easily people are dismissive and lie thru their teeth when you provide feedback on poor customer service! We would want to learn from it but this rather pathetic chap who needs business counselling before he can front the shop reception trying to sell but more comes across as a real nutjob i feel compelled to report this rather absurd behaviour for no apparent reason. Maybe he reads this review and goes for some customer service training or anger management counselling! On a positive the pizzas and squid i ordered were good so lets be fair.... I would love to order again but will not because of the...
