As locals, we've been regulars ordering from Trono for a number of years. Pizza's are generally quite good. However, we ordered a pizza last night (through Uber) and received the wrong pizza. It was a small, nothing we would usually order, so gave Trono a call to see if they could sort it out for us as a loyal customer. Response "not my problem". I simply couldn't believe the response, nor the manner in which the message was delivered. Whilst technically it is Uber's responsibility which was not in debate, as customers we didn't receive what we ordered, and in such a competitive market dealing with a loyal customer, surely they would want to sort it out?
