Dallas Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Disrespectful, Disappointed!! Used to get very good service of food from here. But now its just all gone! Ordered Kebab pizza with no veggies, dry Lamb with no youghurt sauce on top. Upon calling and letting them know about review for their pizza, Lady owner blames you for disrespecting them, not even realising what they are doing to others. Even in Ramadaan, people lie on your faces,Ridiculous.

Dont you dare call me LIAR, YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS IS A HUGE SCAM. That Lady you who told you fake story by saying that She offered me to comeback and get a refund. I'm sorry I've never been asked to get a refund, but yeah she did say to comeback and get a sauce on that pizza because of NO SAUCE, PIZZA IS DRY. WHAT AN EXCUSE!!!!! Even I was talking to her by ADDRESSING HER AS A SISTER NOT TO GET ANY REFUND BUT JUST TO GIVE A REVIEW ALRIGHT. Kindly see other reviews for the same pizza. What you used to make and now what you are serving. Although, she hunged up the phone on my face saying SORRY that's all. If you can't trust or be respectful to your customers, then sorry nothing would be good enough for you. We pay money to get food, not to get insulted by you people. If your staff doesn't speak English, that is your problem, but don't make it a base to blame others OK. I was still very respectful till the end of the conversation. Ripped us off and charged extra for a combo deal for “extra additives” on the pizzas when I have no idea what this was for… claiming that they will put extra ingredients when they clearly didn’t. Definitely will not be coming back here again. Don’t understand how people can think stealing an extra $5 off of customers will make them rich.

DISGUSTING service.

• They quoted myself $50 over the phone then charged my dad $59 on pick up for “extra toppings” which we were not aware of nor was there any extras. I had to come back to change my review. I've been eating dallas pizza since it's been opened for over 20 years now. Since the new owners bought the place in 2024 I ordered pizza twice. 3 x family pizza, half mushroom and vegetarian, half Capricosa and Hawaiin, half chicken and sucuk. 10/10 the taste is the best pizza by far. the delivery way done like a VIP service. In a merc and very quick. My pizza tasted like it just got pulled out of the oven. There pizza is better then it's ever been. Thin but not too thin.
