Dont know where to start from, but have to discuss. There was not only one thing. Let’s start: Paid $100 extra for getting our Bluetooth connected and staff came after every few minutes to say reduce the volume. Because it’s a beer garden , music feels too loud. If we would have arranged inside the restaurant, would have been no issues our music. Was embarrassing when even guest notice how staff is coming and interrupting and not friendly at all. We ordered few cups of tea and then because children were being cheeky we decided to cut cake first. When we were cutting cake, they just brought few cups of tea and kept it somewhere and we were not aware that tea is ready. When we realised, we just went inside to get it warm in microwave and that also made staff upset that why are we asking for it. It was there problem when they knew we are cutting cake they could have wait to serve it. My husband told them please wait while we cut cake and then will get the fish from on trays and then you can take that off and start dinner. Just a matter of 15 minutes. Could not wait meanwhile my husband and his friends were free they saw everything was taken off by staff. Even our guest notice how staff was serving and their unfriendly faces. And told me about that. One of the guest was told that they have to eat pani puri by themselves now. 5 . When we went to pay for the event, I discussed this with owner, and instead of apologising of how we have been treated, heard few more things from her like, we don’t allow party poppers, children just played with all the balloons and it’s mess everywhere. I mean can you guys believe in for child’s birthday party, they are thinking children should not enjoy and play. They are kids, they will play with balloons. I still can’t believe owners expect this. I felt like they expect we pay for everything and then at the end we have to make sure children are sitting quietly and not making any mess. That too just balloon mess.

Lastly, would like to say to owner that if you have such terms and conditions, please let your customers know before they make booking, so they can decide whether or not they want to go ahead with it or not. I am pretty sure no one wants their guests to feel what our guest felt. Definitely not recommending Desi-licious. First and last experience. Hope other customers getting...

We saw the ad on Tik Tok and decided to come here for Mother’s Day, we came to a restaurant and you would expect a formal service, well accommodated to making the people feel welcomed. When we started looking at the menu we asked if there was any wine and the staff did not know if they served wine or beer or what they had. We had to ask 3 times to make sure they didn’t have wines as they couldn’t clearly tell us. As you would expect the staff to place the plates and the utensils there for you but they didn’t even do that. We had to ask for everything. when we ordered food we asked it to be spicy but it wasn’t. The starters was good but the chilli paneer was really lemony. Then mains came, we had tawa paneer, Murgh handi and mushroom masala, the mushroom masala and tawa paneer was really sour and not even that warm. we told the lady owner and she said “that’s chefs standard and we can’t do anything and everyone’s taste is different and some people like this” they did cancel those two dishes but they don’t know how to communicate at all and their tone was nothing then condescending and salty. We hosted a birthday party for my daughter, and it turned out to be an absolute delight. The entire evening was filled with delicious entrees and mains, each dish a testament to the culinary expertise of your kitchen team.

The restaurant's environment was perfect for our celebration. The ambiance contributed to a warm and festive atmosphere, creating the ideal setting for a memorable birthday party. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and I received numerous compliments on the choice of venue.
