I purchased a paneer pizza but, upon arriving home and opening the box, I was surprised to find that there was not a single piece of paneer on the pizza. To address the issue, I promptly called the store and spoke with a representative named Sukhan, who informed me that there was no paneer available at the store.
While I understand that supply shortages can happen, I was disappointed that this information was not conveyed to me at the time of purchase. Had I known this earlier, I could have made an informed decision about my order. Instead, I was left with a product that did not meet my expectations. Sukhan advised me to submit a feedback form on the website and attach a photo of the pizza, which I am happy to do.
However, this is not the first time I have experienced subpar service at this location, and it raises concerns about the consistency of customer service at your store. I believe these situations could be easily avoided with better communication and attention to detail.
Based on these repeated negative experiences, I would be reluctant to recommend this location to others. I hope you will take steps to improve your service and avoid similar issues...

What next is toppings, even if you asked to avoid them in your pizza because of your allergies, they will god ahead and put that for sure for the sake of killing you. Lastly, when you call to let them know their mistake they just hardly care, ignorant and rude staff. And they already know what was wtong with pizza and ammount of mistake as dine intentionally. I kept looking at the live tracker the delivery timing just keeps changing and I rang the store at 05:55PM and asked them what’s the issue regarding the tracker and delivery time and he says “I DID NOT DESIGN THE APP OR THE TRACKER”.
The order was at my door at 18:07 and I asked the delivery driver is this the way you treat your customers and he was apologetic about it. I didn’t wanna talk much about it tho. I opened the pizza box and guess what it was cold. I sent it back and they said they will provide the refund and give a fresh pizza for free. I said no and just took the refund.
