My name is Rachel. I have been shopping at Woolworths St Albans for a few years now. Every time I go there it is always busy, very busy. The staff are very friendly and don't mind a minute to say hello and share a couple of seconds laugh. I find that very very beautiful that on top of their day to day busy schedule, they are well organised and can manage to spare that second to smile with you, help you and show you they are there for you. ANI in particular is the most fantastic little lady that i often find her at the self serve dept. She has that natural people's personality that she takes that extra mile to make sure her clients are happy and helped. I see her all the time run around assisting the customers whether at the tills, shelves, self serve,cleaning-sweeping, wiping, etc etc. A business will not grow without a good clientele, and your clientele will not grow if your customer service skill is not there. This ANI girl is just that beautiful customer service SOUL that serves you with a smile making you feel very welcomed to the Woolworths St Albans, . I find that very very pleasing. Obviously your customers are very important to you ANI and I salute you for being the best Customer Service officer. This is absolutely awesome as it is very difficult to find that in other places. Keep up the good work. The thing is, if you had a bad day at home or somewhere out there, please leave it at the shops doors before you go in, and you need to expect a little maybe Ć” long wait in the queue as this particular Woolworths is very busy. Just give a little tap on the shoulder of the person before you to tell them the spot is available as I would do for you. Don't jump the queue please. Thank you very much Woolies St Albans for the good service, good products, on going special...ALWAYS A CUST OF...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst Woolworths in the West! Recommend to avoid shopping here. Feels very unsafe with all the drug related activity going on in and around this store. Only 2 regular checkouts the rest are self serve and itās never straight forward. Self serve person always has to help to complete transactions. I requested assistance to complete my transaction, and even after she checked I had scanned all items and was using my own bag and NOT committing any crime - I was still stopped by security and requested a bag search( a bag that was already checked and ascertained was empty at the checkout!) When I tried to explain it was already checked security proceeded to talk over me and tell me to calm down!? And itās not personal!! Iām sorry but targeting someone whoās already been stopped and checked without incident and no evidence of a crime is personal. If I feel unsafe shopping at this store and only go when I donāt have my young children with me( because Iām concerned for their safety in and around this premises). Iām donāt think I should be the one thatās getting harassed for theft. Maybe the staff should focus their efforts and attention on the real problem!
Do your self a favour, save the headache and harassment and steer clear. Shop where itās safer and the staff have half a clue- like Keilor Downs Shopping Centre(Aldi, Coles, Fruit Shop, Asian Grocer and Kmart) Or Brimbank Shopping Centre( Coles, Aldi, Fruit Shop, Target and a much...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to the St Albans store at 8.30pm tonigh. A staff called Ani was managing the self service queue. However, Ani seems to preoccupied with chatting away with her friends (who happen to be in front of the queue). There's was only 3 self service registers at St Albans and all three were occupied. I was waiting behind Ani and her friend. When one is free, Ani and her friend was occupied chit chatting away and oblivious to the fact that a register is freed and continue chit chatting. After over a minute, I couldn't see any movement and her friend so decided to go to the unoccupied register only to be told by Ani that I cut in line. I told Ani that if she wasn't too busy chitchatting and did her job, she would have realised that the register was freed over a minutes. Ani seems annoyed that I pointed that out to her. Ani didn't apologise or anything of any sort for accusing me of cut in line, instead just saying that "if you want, I can get one of the person to check out my grocery for me"... Ani seems doesn't understand the basic of customer service or customer service was not part of Woolworth staff training. To be accused of cutting in line while she is too busy chitchatting is annoying to...
