Love this place, the burgers are always amazing. However changing my five stars to one star for the time being.

Today, being served a very small cup of orange juice for $7 only to discover that the entire cup was filled to the brim with ice left a bad taste in my mouth. Two gulps of orange juice is not a drink.

When really great businesses start putting profit before customer satisfaction, they will eventually fail. When I offered the feedback to staff politely in store they just smiled and said thank you. That’s not how you acknowledge well intended constructive criticism.

Egg Lab doesn't cater to my dietary requirements, the guy making the egg sandwiches was absolutely lovely and went out of his way to accommodate me. The sandwiches are so creamy and full of flavour, especially with the combination of caramelised onion and cheese with the egg. It's definitely become one of my favorites. I went back a few days later. He remembered me and accommodated me again. I was grateful for his amazing customer service as I got to try their delicious egg sandwiches. Will definitely be back when I visit...

Really nice morning experience. We got the potato head with scrambled egg and some potato gems to take away. Very reminiscent of breakfast at a festival. The staff were so nice and the window seating was perfect for people watching on Sydney Road while waiting. The food was very tasty and filling.
