Iād forgotten how much they heave the servings and really didnāt need two scoops but tried the boysenberry flavour for the first time and also the number two which was a special of peanut gelato, chocolate brownie and dulce de leche.
The brownie was kind of bitter but I enjoyed the peanut gelato. The fruit components of the boysenberry were very sweet so do utilise staff recommendations to help you balance your flavour choices
Original review We visited Messina last night our summer stomping ground which despite being an Autumn night was just as busy as ever. The servings here are quite generous and I really couldnāt finish it which worked out well as my husband decided to drop his macadamia cone and ended up...

Last visit, it was a generous scoop of mango and the pear with rhubarb....hmmm!! It...

However, on my most recent visit to this branch I was served a tiny scoop, ridiculous considering the recent price increase. I ordered pistachio praline which has never failed me, yet this one tasted like vanilla with a few pistachios sprinkled in. my most disappointing visit.
Edit 2025: have returned again and ran into the same issue, for some reason when I order a single scoop staff seem to give me significantly smaller scoops than others. Genuinely not sure why as this doesn't happen at other branches. $6.9 for a single scoop is already pretty steep and to get given a tiny serving...
