Hungry Jack's Burgers Beaconsfield — Restaurant in Melbourne

I get home and start eating my whopper which was prepared terribly with overflowing lettuce and the whole thing practically fell apart, but I could ignore that, it wasn’t until I was mid-chewing and felt a hair between my teeth. I spit my food out but the hair is entangled in my mouth. It took quite some pulling to get it out.

Thankfully I still had a BBQ cheeseburger (which I asked for no BBQ sauce - yes I know but it was part of a deal) to eat, only to find that had BBQ sauce but it didn’t matter by the time I went to eat it I felt so disgusted I couldn’t bring myself to take another bite.

I go to make a complaint through their website… well that’s difficult they don’t even have the Officer store in their feedback list to provide feedback to… I still able to make a general enquiry but it’s still not ideal.

Everything about this store is hopeless, one of their staff went to walk in front of my car as I was driving in, thankfully I was driving slow and could brake, at the first drive through window they read out the wrong order, then at the second window they started handing out the wrong order (a different one to the previous window), all the way to getting home to find a hair in my food.

Won’t be going back to this...

Worst service and food. Waited a ridiculous time in drive through on the 19/4/25 at dinner time to collect my order. My daughter started eating the onion rings on our way home and they were stone cold and some honey rings were just batter and no onion. Got home, one burger missing!! Rang store, drove back down to have my burger handed to me, it was just sitting on a bench not being kept warm at all as well as 4 other burgers going cold on their bench. Got home to have the cold burger and cold chips. Family who remained at home to eat their dinner said all of it was stone cold. With the time it took to get the order I can’t understand why it would ALL be stone cold from the moment we drove off. Staff were not hurrying any of the orders, no compensation for missed burger, no care what’s so ever. I suggest re training needs to occur at your Beaconsfield Victoria store. Won’t be going...

Just had our 1st meal at Beaconsfield… husband waited a ridiculous amount of time in store for 2 burgers & 2 chips. Lady came in with 2 big bags of food to return after she get into car & kids started eating and said everything was cold. She asked for the order to be remade HOT and then my husband says, mine is sitting there ready and getting cold instead of handing it over to me. Eventually gives my husband the takeaway bag, everything cold!!! He says he wants ours remade hot too. Lady waits forever again & gets new order & you guessed right, cold again!!!! She asks for refund and said heading to McDonald’s instead. Finally my husband gets our replacement order, chips were hot, burgers both stone cold !!! I mean it’s not rocket science, start an order and finish it before moving on to multiple others while everything sits getting cold & forgotten. ...
