IL AMALFI PIZZA — Restaurant in Melbourne

I got 2 parmas one bolognese and a standard well there a good size but it's weird not having ham on them,, didn't know which one was what and couldn't see the difference.. Needed to cone out of oven 3 min earlier and we had a side of scalloped potatoes but there wasn't much of a serving only about a tablespoon worth could of been alil more and more sauce on them aswell for sure the salad well i didnt like it cause the lettuce was lettuce and the dressing it smelt strong and couldn't bring myself to try.... I was alil upset that when I asked about the ribs, he said that they ran outta stock and they aren't doing them again especially when that's the first place I found in ages that do ribs and been looking for a place that does,, so that really sucks.. Im hoping they kinda turn there cooking around better and put more love and attention to the food and see that more sauce will b good especially with the scalloped potato and that they not cook the garlic pizza to the point where the base was hard as it sucks.. They are TRYING i can see that. Anyways try it at ur own risk... It asks if i recommend anything atm only the drinks.. I would like to try there desserts tho give that a try see...

What an absolute joke this place is. A few weeks back I ordered via Menulog who are also a basket case. It got close to delivery time so I thought I'd check what was going on. I called the restaurant and they told me the driver was new & he'd be another 30 mins. It turns out he was new to Melbourne and was at the wrong address & suburb( I overheard all of this while I waited on the phone) I told them to cancel my order as it would be very cold by the time it got to me) So I called Uber eats & ordered something else which was there within 30 mins. Then 15 mins after my Ubereats arrived Amalfi pizza delivery arrives with a piping hot pizza which could undoubtedly not be the the original pizza. I quizzed him & he apologised. I told him I had cancelled the order but he left it & ran. Amalfi would not answer their phone & won't refund my money. I held onto the pizza untill the issue was resolved but after 3 days I threw it out as no resolution had arisen. Save your money people. Eat bread &...

Pizzas are good but that's about it, even then it's hit and miss.. Sometimes they cut the pizza sometimes they don't, sometimes items are missed sometimes the toppings are great the worst of it is when we ordered scallop potatoes x2 and it arrived uncooked called the restaurant for a refund as we ordered it through their website online and they said they had to send it to the owner and haven't heard anything back since it's been 2 months now.. Their customer service is shocking even when ordering I'll just go to the one in Blackburn never had an issue there but definitely don't recommend this...
