javaScript Cafe — Restaurant in Melbourne

This has been my families go to Cafe for many years now. Staff are AMAZING! Nothing is ever too much trouble, you're greeted with a smile and it feels like a friendly place to be.

Food is always yummy and similar prices to any other cafes in the area and they make the best mocha milkshakes!

They have a huge variety with meals in a cabinet, a specials board and heaps on offer on the menu.... and one awesome feature is ALL DAY BREAKFAST 🙌🙌

Lots of seating options and when the weather is nice you can sit outside under umbrellas. Also heapsssss of parking available, including undercover.

Everything is so nice except for food and drinks. The staff is polite. The location is also convenient cause it’s right next to the pharmacy. The coffee shop is clean.

Con: food and drink are super sweet. Not even so sweet level. Even me and my partner ordered savoury dishes (thai and breakky roll). They are so sweet. I couldn't even finish it. The drinks are even more awful (turmeric latter and milkshake). Okay, it’s explainable if the milkshake is super sweet. But how can they make turmeric latte horribly sweet? I needed to dilute my latte with water, but it tasted like sugar water with some turmeric favour instead.

I love sweet food, but the sugar level here...

We decided to come as wanted to try out new cafes in the area. Such a disappointment!!! We had take away tuna melt which comes one piece of toast with tuna and melted cheese on the top and some salad. It’s $20. Can’t believe the price for the size and quality of food - doesn’t match at all. $15 can get the best tuna melt sandwich from the top bakery in the city.

Also no cutlery for the food. The take away food one comes with one thin piece of napkin. Lucky I went back to get more napkins otherwise we have to walk around with sticky fingers after eat the salad...
