I despise this KFC. It's just inconsistent whether you get your order in 3 minutes or 30 minutes. I waited for an online pickup order for over 15 minutes, no update as to what the hold up was, no call outs or offers for substitutions. There's one person working the front 80% of the time, and when someone helps, they're a trainee or aren't being designated more than one task at a time, so they end up just standing there while overwhelmed with orders. Consider training your staff to be more communicative and foster a more collaborative space. Show the trainees everything so that they can independently make and take orders; they should be able to look at an order, see it needs 6 nuggets, and get them rather than waiting to be told to prepare the 6 nuggets.
The store tends to run out of chicken during peak hours, and whether that's a supply issue or not, it's baffling to see a tray of chicken come out and then maybe half a dozen orders are cleared from the front before another 20 minute wait due to the backlog of cars. There needs to be a better look at what has been selling and to be either more prepared for it or to have more efficient methods of cooking ready to go.
Don't get me wrong, it's not all bad. I keep coming back to this place. I don't mind the menu, I quite like my Wicked Wings and Zinger burgers, they're a combination of just enough spice and enough of a meal to fill me reasonably well. The customer floor area is generally well presented if not tending to be a little dirty or unclean (I don't expect tables to constantly be wiped or the floor to be cleaned but it's not always great to look at chicken crumbs all over and around the table). First off, the restaurant was filthy from the moment I walked in. The bins were overflowing, tables were greasy, and there was vomit in the outdoor area that had clearly been there for hours – if not longer. It smelled horrendous, and no staff seemed bothered by it, the place seemed extremely understaffed.
When I got to the counter, I couldn’t believe what I was witnessing behind it. The manager a young blonde lady no older than 21, was loudly berating and verbally abusing young staff members in front of customers. Shouting, swearing, and outright humiliation – completely unprofessional and honestly disturbing. No one should be treated like that at work. Those poor workers !!
It gets worse. I was served food that tasted stale, and I later realised the time stamp on my potato & gravy was 2 hours past its expiry which made me feel sick to the stomach. Completely unacceptable and a potential health risk.
Went to use the toilet and nearly vomited. Not only was it filthy and smelt of urine, it was unfit for anyone to use. in past experiences here iv witnessed staff having to clean these toilets who also handle food, totally unacceptable. for gods sake hire a proper cleaner and stop playing roulette with peoples health!!! I reported it and was met with indifference, like it was just another day.
This place is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Health inspectors need to get in there immediately!!! before someone ends up seriously ill.

Read moreVery bad KFC. First time Gave me burnt chicken through drive through after waiting 15 minutes at waiting bay. Other times tell them about my order and still get it wrong. Always get soggy old burnt ships. Today Thursday 4/1/24 at 3.30 pm decided to go instead of drive thru. After 5 mins waiting to be served has to tell them anyone taking orders. Then had to wait another 20 mins while drive through gets serviced quick. Told them 3 times to make sure chips fresh and then they also had no gravy. Then gave me a large chips and trusted after telling them 3 times fresh not soggy chips got home and you guessed it. Burnt soggy chips can barely ear them. Management here or KFC needs to look at who's working here since this happens all the time. Also the kids working there have attitude all the time. Feel like the more you tell them to make sure order is correct and contents fresh they make your order worse. Kids if you don't want to work there go work at Kmart or somewhere else. Always muking around when I see them at drive through window even once dancing. Instead of cooking.Managment need to have a hard look before someone gets sick and make sure customers are getting what they paid for. Your employees here need training also on listening and communication since every time you tell them they make orders worse and give you attitude. Not good at all.
