Flounders Fish and chips & Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Melbourne

Drove all the way here tonight....shop empty yet struggled to get served by guy.....finally when he finished his job he took my order and I paid on credit card. I collected the order, drove home, lock gates and put car in garage. Go inside only half of the order is in the bag. We phone them and they admit it's there on counter they forgot to put it in. They want me to drive back..... I say no, deliver it. Guy says we don't do deliveries. He then refuses to credit my card the missing food. Says his epos machine can't do that......another lie. So we don't have dinner and he has my money and food. Then I see online they do have delivery. So I call back to again request delivery. He says all deliveries must be prepaid. Ummmm yes I have paid? He gets stroppy and asks me why I am upset? Really? Poor poor service.....and...

Flounders is very overpriced for food that is very much below average. Large chips and a whole chicken was $30 and the chips were thin, soggy, yellow and cold by the time we got home. The Coles & Woolies chickens are better and obviously cheaper too. Endeavour Hills has some incredible eateries, but this isn’t one of them (yet)! Hopefully they can make some improvements that might help them...

Worst place I have ever been to We asked for grilled fish .The owner told us that his got snapper and it’s $10 a piece so we ordered 2 pieces.We waited for 45mins.
