KFC Melton Service Centre — Restaurant in Melbourne

We had 2 times having meals in this KFC, both 2 times were super* disappointed. 1st, purchased a family sharing meal which came with a 1.25l bottle of Pepsi as part of the combo that why we asked for a few cups to having drink on the premise however the staff refused to provide cups, we became upset for a little then they finalize to gave some cups. 2nd, we came back for second time to ordered the same family meal with 1.25l Pepsi bottle, this time we again asked for cups but they said this KFC is not a like restaurant so they dont provide cups you need to pay $2 for a cup. So we did pay $8 for 4 cups for 4 people. Very BAD!!!! We got cups provided free from all others KFC we visited but dont know why this KFC is so different! And also 1 thing is: the meal shows having 10 pieces of original but it turned out only 8 in the meal we have received. Somehow very somehow.

I also realize that,!!!!! The "tenderloin" as the KFC saying is not 100% tenderloins, some are breat strips - I dont know if it is the same thing! --- I want to here more feedbacks for this if anyone...

We went to KFC at around 10:30am, so no one was there. The foreign lady that took our order at the drive thru was NOT friendly or polite. She took our order so fast and quick and just wanted to get us through, even though no one else was there. I requested that the food was made fresh, as usually the food here isn’t the best in freshness and she kept saying “yes, all made fresh”. But I don’t think she understood. I also mentioned that I was happy to wait for however long making our food fresh would be, but she just kept repeating the same thing; “yes, all made fresh”. When I got to the window to pay, I requested again that the food please be made fresh and that I’m happy to wait, but in the middle of my request, when I just finished asking that the food be made fresh, and I clearly was not done speaking, she closed the window, with only a tiny gap, said, “yes, all made fresh”, fully closed the window on me and walked off in the middle of me speaking! And to no one’s surprise the food...

A young girl who obviously didn't care about her job..... I complained about the food being cold .. burger and chips she just tried to argue with me saying it was warm and it was fresh as it was not I asked to get the manager which she was super nice I asked for a refund as I was like I never eat take away the one time I go to get it it was awful also was the wrong burger they gave me a zinger instead of an original I just don't understand what the hell happened to customer service people should take pride in their job no matter what and appreciate it! And if your going to be in the food and customer service industry learn how to talk to people ... I was not rude at all I just said sorry but this burger and chips is both cold and the burger is a zinger not a fillet can I please get this changed... As she tried to argue with me I requested with the lovely...
