We used to order Pizza regularly, but after repeatedly having phone orders delivered incorrectly or incomplete it is a waste of time and money. After ringing the shop to get orders corrected and being promised a replacement to be sent out and then waiting another 40mins for it to be delivered is ridiculous.
Tonight i ordered cheese pizza with no sauce no herbs for my 6yo, the same pizza we order everytime as well as 2 other pizzas. I picked up our order being asured it was correct, only to get home to find sauce on the cheese pizza. Rang for a replacement which still hadnt arrived 40mins later with a hungry child refusing to eat anything else because he just wanted his pizza.
Rang to find out where the pizza was and express my disappointment that this mistake keeps happening almost every time we order. Was told the pizza was sent and should there soon. I was not really happy as this seemed to happen alot and asked for a store email. Told they didnt have one but i could speak to the manager. I asked to do this and the was told he was busy right now. The same manager she just spoke to about the irrate customer who she hadnt put on hold properly so i could hear everything.
I told the girl obviously the manager didnt care about customers if he was too busy to deal with a complaint. Finally spoke to manager who offered and apology and said the driver was near our house but there was an accident. i ask how long ago he left as it had been 40mins waiting to be told he left 20mins ago.....our house is 15mins max from the store (melton).
I explained that this was not the first time it has happened and was really unhappy. He then offered on this occasion to refund for the one pizza which could not be done over the phone and i would need to go into the shop to get my refund.
After all this finally recieve a barely warm replacement pizza and will be going into the shop tomorrow for my refund.

Received the order and it had again come with meat. Rang up to politely tell them of their mistake twice tonight as i was hung up on the first call. Rang back and I could hear the worker and manager arguing in the background about my order. The worker was trying to get some compensation and the manager seemed to not care at all by the tone of talking to the worker - very unprofessional and rude considering it was a mistake twice on your shops behalf No sympathy from the manager & rather than offering to make another carbonara correctly for the third time and swap it they offered store credit for a carbonara of $17 because they seemed to want to get me off of the phone even though i was being polite.
