I visited KFC today with the expectation of having a delightful meal, but unfortunately, the experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that my chips were missing. I politely informed the staff about this issue, and they proceeded to check the bag three times. It was baffling, considering that I had just opened the bag and noticed the absence of chips straightaway. The staff member then called the manager for assistance, and I was stunned by the incredulous expression on the manager's face when I mentioned my missing chips.
While the manager did apologize, I couldn't help but wonder how often they make mistakes with orders. In my experience, it seems like 9 out of 10 times there's an issue. The staff's reaction to my complaint also made me question if there was an underlying reason for their disbelief. As a brown person in Ringwood, I couldn't help but feel that perhaps my race played a part in their response.
In conclusion, my visit to KFC Ringwood today was far from satisfactory. I hope that the management will take appropriate steps to improve their service and ensure that all customers are treated with respect, regardless of their race...
Read moreI ordered the Mega Burger Feast mainly because it included Tenders – my daughter’s absolute favourite. We chose this meal specifically so she could enjoy them right then. When the delivery arrived, the Tenders were missing. She was so upset and disappointed, as we had been looking forward to this moment.
I immediately called KFC Ringwood, expecting they would send the missing item or give a refund. Instead, I was told they “can’t” do either, and that I should “come to the shop next time and we’ll give you six Tenders.” But I wanted them for that time – what value do they have later? The whole point was to enjoy them with our meal, not on some future visit.
I understand mistakes can happen, and I have no problem with staff making an honest error – what matters is how the manager handles it. If I were the manager, and a customer told me their child only liked that part of the order, I would have made sure it was sent straight away.
I paid for a complete order and didn’t receive it. Very poor customer service – I hope KFC can handle missing items in a more professional and fair way...
Read moreJust went through drive through. Worst experience at a fast food place ever. I ordered a box meal and 3 extra wings on the side. There was a 10 min wait. Ok that’s fine, they were busy. Then I waited 15 min. They gave me a box meal. The girl who gave it to me said that I only ordered the box. They didn’t give me the reciept, so I couldn’t check. I checked my bank account they charged me $21. And that’s too much for a box. Then I had to go through the drive through line again, that had like 10 cars. Tell them I’m missing my item. They told me to tell them my order number. Erh you didn’t even give me my reciept. I got my extra wings finally but was such bad service.
I got the food. And you know what. They forgot my potato and gravy and the chips were soggy.
Yeah never going back here again.
Didn’t even say...
