⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Kick Back Cafe is an absolute gem in Baxter! The menu is packed with delicious options that cater to all tastes. The ‘Kick Back Big Brekkie’ is an absolute feast—perfect for starting your day right! The small bite sized quiches are perfect traveller snacks and their full size cousins are absolutely one of my favourites. There is always a great atmosphere, at the centre of which are Kick Back owners Jigna and her husband. While they know all the regulars' preferences, they are super welcoming for all newcomers - I guarantee that after your first visit, you'll be a regular for life. Oh, and the coffee!! I have been getting my morning commute coffee for years, and Jigna's attention to detail is unparalleled (she even adds little handwritten notes wishing you well on the lids 😍). Do yourself a favour, get off the Peninsula Link freeway at the baxter exit and your only a couple of hundred metres away from fast service, delicious food and a hugely...

Just ordered a hot dog from this cage. I watched them pull out a clearly days old hot dog, and reheat on the stove. As I was handed this hotdog I could see it was grey on the outside. After snapping the hotdog open it was pink on the inside. Just reinforcing the extent of time it was sitting before this cafe decided it was appropriate to sell to a customer.

If they blaintantly sell people old and unconsumable items, I would hate to see what ingredients they use in items such as pies.

Simply telling me we don't have any hotdog available at this time would have been a better option. But the money was too...

Based on all the good reviews, I think we expected more We had to send our cutlery back as it was not clean. Pies had to be sent back as they was cold. Did not want to send them back a 2nd time so we ate some of it. Luke warm lamb pie tasted good but the beef burgundy just had gravy, carrot ant potatoes not great We ordered an omelette that came out good, avo on toast also good but not sure if spinach work well on avo?? Average coffee and chai was like drinking warm milk Very friendly staff and a great sunrise...
