We had the pleasure of experiencing LVK Catering's exceptional service and delectable dishes during a recent lunch and learn session at Tudor Insurance Australia. From start to finish, the entire meal was an absolute delight, leaving my team and I thoroughly impressed.
The menu consisted of an enticing selection that included rice paper rolls, banh mi, and chicken wings. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavors, showcasing the culinary skills of the talented chefs at LVK Catering.
The rice paper rolls were a delight. Each roll was meticulously packed with fresh vegetables, flavorful herbs, and choice beef, chicken, pork and soft shell crab. The combination of crisp ingredients and a luscious dipping sauce created a harmonious blend of textures and tastes.
The banh mi, a Vietnamese-style sandwich, was an absolute highlight. The crusty baguette was perfectly toasted, giving way to a heavenly combination of tender meat, pickled vegetables, and a delightful medley of herbs and spices. The vibrant flavors and contrasting textures made it an unforgettable sandwich experience.
The chicken wings were another crowd-pleaser. Tender and juicy, they were coated in a flavorful marinade that had just the right amount of tang and spice. The crispy skin added a delightful crunch, while the succulent meat practically melted in the mouth.
The entire team at Tudor Insurance Australia was in awe of the quality and taste of the food provided by LVK Catering. Every bite was met with smiles and compliments. The presentation was also impeccable, with each dish exuding an inviting and appetizing appearance.
Not only was the food exceptional, but the service provided by LVK Catering was also top-notch. They were punctual, professional, and attentive to every detail. The setup was organized, and the staff members were friendly, accommodating any special requests we had, ensuring that every aspect of the lunch was perfect.

Read moreVietnamese food is amazing and worth to try so we were excited to come to this place cause we read the reviews are good.
The food looked good at first. However, the meal were served not hot with moderate served. The vegetables and herbs which are traditionally need to be eaten with vietnamese pancake were not freshly washed. The crepe-like layer of the pancake was too thick So this were not our appetising dinner as we expected!
In a few words, the price compared to the quality of the food was not reasonable, too expensive. With about $55 for 2 people, there are more delicious Vietnamese places to try! Don’t recommend this place at all! Won’t be back!
Since we could not reply back on the owner's reply so we wrote it here.
Hi LVK team,
Thank you so much for the follow up. We definitely agree, nobody is perfect. That’s why our feedback is for your improvement in the future.
Plus, our experience in your restaurant was simply not like what you wrote in your reply about your so called high quality authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Unfortunately, we always prefer hands on experience to nonsense advertising information.
Note that we have tried a lot of other Vietnamese places internationally since we love Vietnamese food, a...
Read moreOrdered a Beef Pho as it’s one out of two places that make Pho in my local area, and I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed at the quality of the dish. Generic and unauthentic. The beef was far from being tender. I struggled to chew it and had to spit each piece out. This happens everytime. This is not authentic Pho, and it’s a shame that the locals can’t experience what real Vietnamese Pho taste like. In all honesty, I would travel further out to have better Vietnamese Pho.
Please change the way you make your Pho, or at least change the beef cut you put on there. Perhaps add other protein additions like how other authentic Vietnamese Pho places do it.
Your pho tastes very familiar to one franchise pho place that’s local. The flavours are ever so similar. But compared to the many Vietnamese pho around Melbourne, Glen Waverley, Springvale, Box Hill, Richmond that have been around years before Lanterns - all of them look and taste like authentic pho. I do know the process of making pho aswell, as I’ve seen it being made by a few of my family members who are Vietnamese. I’ve read other reviews on here, and it looks like I’m not the only one who’s opinion thinks Lanterns Pho isn’t authentic or doesn’t taste like the real pho compared to...
