This was the first time I have dined in at this lovely restaurant and I will definitely be coming back. ||The wait staff were kind and very attentive. They had great knowledge of the menu, specials, and drinks and answered any questions with patience and a great amount of insight. My family and I were seated inside with the most spectacular views of the vineyard. Together they created the most enjoyable dining experience with a cozy atmosphere. ||The food was just phenomenal! You can taste the high quality ingredients used on each carefully crafted plate of food. We had the calamari, oysters and tuna tartare which were all made with the freshest and finest grade of seafood out there. Followed by the most delectable cauliflower croquettes, seafood risotto, mushroom gnocchi and pea filled pasta. All just bursting with flavour! We also indulged in the tastiest pizza with the perfect base. As well as a side of house made smoked olives and focaccia. ||The deserts were to die for! The homemade gelato was a refreshing way to conclude our 3 course meal and the passion fruit panna cotta was sending me on a journey. ||Such creative dishes, with real authentic flavours, served by the friendliest and hard working chefs and waitstaff. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a fine...

We arrived for a pre-booked lunch to this quaint winery but wanted to try some wines first. We were politely told that would cost us $5 each. We explained we were having lunch. We were politely told that didn't matter but we could sample wines in the restaurant. ||In the restaurant we were politely told that wasn't the case and that the restaurant and the cellar door are owned by different folk. Hmmmm - well there goes the experience right there. Our waitress was helpful though and poured us some small glasses of two whites to choose from. We moved on....||The restaurant is snuggled into the vineyard but alas - you don't really get a view because of the orientation. Another disappointment. The menu is good, food was terrific, service was snappy and smiley. BUT oh dear - this restaurant competes with hip city restaurants for NOISE! Not a soft surface in the place so nothing to absorb the loud chatter of a full room of diners. We were only a group of four but had to shout across the table to hear eachother. It completely ruined the experience for us and we left after our (very nice) mains and headed to another winery for a quieter coffee and dessert. ||We wouldn't go back - and would be hesitant...

We dined at the restaurant and found the experience fantastic. The Epicurean Mantons Creek served fantastic food (we had pizza and gnocchi) and had a few glasses on Chardonnay and Pinot Gris which were also great. Parking is plentiful although we tend to dine after the rush post 2pm. The place was still buzzing with customer so I recommend you should book (we did through OpenTable). We had an overcast day but there are still plenty of spot to take good photos. We also enjoy the sister restaurant at Red Hill. Would we go back. Yep.

The food was beautiful and so was the venue. However next to us was a bus tour group of like 30ppl followed straight after by a hens of about 30-40ppl. It was soooo loud. My friend and I weren’t too bothered but if it were my mum and dad or my husband and I for a nice lunch out I’d be super annoyed. The venue should have called and checked that we were still ok with it as these groups really took over the whole venue and experience. Staff did well considering they seemed totally under the pump.

Delicious food at reasonable prices, in a beautiful vineyard setting. It had lots of variety in the menu, including a whole page dedicated to vegetarian and vegan options. We got crispy polenta as an entree, and was great with the paprika aioli. We followed that with pesto gnocchi and mushroom pizza, which were near perfect and full of flavour. Make sure to book a table online early as it does get full up on the day.
