We all know what maccas is, and where they often succeed and fail, so I'll not do the thing.
I also know after working in many different industries and roles that McDonald's management is honestly by far the hardest employee position I've ever held.
What I will do is take the opportunity to communicate to the management where they could improve as someone with quite a bit of personal experience.
I saw a man standing at the counter patiently waiting to order, there were at least 3 managers within 5 meters of him not taking any notice, and a few crew. I ended up taking his order for him though the kiosk, I really wanted to pull aside one of the managers there and just give them a little advice.
Quite often we also get deliveries from here, and it's more often than not that it is incorrect or very poor quality. I do understand how hard it can be, I really do, but I thought this was a great way to let you know just a little about how the business is from a customer perspective.

This Maccas is the worst of the worst, much like all Maccas, there's no texture, no flavour. The bread is more sugar than wheat and it comes together as a horrible oily, sugary mess that gets fired out of ones backside with as much velocity (and damage) as a hypersonic crusie missle.
Other maccas will at least attempt to assemble their burgers, and maybe the fries will be less than 3 days old. But not here.

The back of house team that i didn’t see made the best food i’ve eaten from maccas in a very long time, i honestly don’t think i’ve ever had a sausage patty that fresh and soft, and the egg and bacon one was mad as well & quality McCafe drinks. The young girl at the food window who gave me the first woman’s name had amazing customer service as well and was so friendly. Food was fresh without having to ask for it and absolutely no wait time.
