Where do I even start with this review for McDonald's, DELAHEY! This McDonald's would have to be potentially one of the worst run and owned McDonald's stores in the west.
The food is always really bad, the service is terrible to the point where I've had to call them out in person, email and on the phone about how they operate a business and what's expected from a fast food chain..
They always have a machine that is broken, they are 24 hours but will not serve you between 2am and 4am as they are cleaning. So technically not a 24 hours McDonald's as they won't serve you food between those hours or they will even do one better and step it up and tell you that they have NO food at all which has been done to me at like 1am in the morning on multiple occasions as this is my local McDonald's, well.. (was).
They always forget to give you straws with the drinks or put the lids on the drink correctly, making them spill all in your car.
Sometimes in the drive-thru you'll be waiting for 20 plus minutes just sitting there , honking the horn does not get there attention nor make them move quicker.
This review could go on, however... If you have half a day to waste then come drive up McDonald's DELAHEY where you'll be met with cold food, missing items, rude customer service and overall an unpleasant experience..
And if you uber eats it or Menulog McDonald's from here, be warned, it will not arrive on time, it will be cold and items will be missing and uber and menu log play hard to the point where McDonald's DELAHEY will get away with it and you will not get a refund..

   Read morei ordered some food at maccas tonight, simple food might i add. i waited patiently with several others for about half an hour as my food sat cold on the bench. the staff dilydalied around, and did everything except make the food. one of the girls was eating a soft serve instead of making my 10 pc mcnuggets. then, after copious extraneous timely waiting, i finally got my food! great, right? NO. my chips were ready to hibernate for the winter, they were about to refreeze themselves and jump back into the fryer. so, as i do, i go back up and i ask the lady at the front counter if she can replace my chips, as i know theyâve been sitting up there for the past 20 minutes filling out paperwork to become antarctic citizens. she looks at me like iâve just asked her to give me the secret recipe. she yells âjust- just tell me the sizeâ in an exasperated voice, like iâm asking her to do her job or something. she tells me itâs going to be a 5 minute wait for the chips, (which mind you, they hadnât been making chips for a good 20 minutes, holding up everyone waiting). that whole interaction was super dragged, after another 15 minutes of waiting i finally got my chips! woohoo! my friends ordered an iced latte, then we proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for this iced latte to be made and had to go up three times to ask if it could be made. there was opened milk cartons everywhere, spills all over the place, and during this whole process, some sort of milk drink was left to melt on the bench mixing with water and separating for about an hour and a half. everything in there was off putting and so unorganised, management needs to get their...

Today I went through the drive thru to order a dinner box, the order taker didn't repeat my order to me and I my order was wrong on the screen so i asked for the receipt. I double checked the receipt and my sauces were wrong including my fries that I asked to be made without salt. Then I went to the last window and the presenter handed me my drinks in a hurry and rudely asked me to head to the waiting bay when she cut me off when I was trying to explain my order was incorrect, I tried to get to her attention as she had her back facing me and i stayed in the waiting bay as it was important to me that she knows I want no salt and what sauces I asked for was wrong on the receipt. Her manager told her to move the car and she told me to move by rudely yelling at me "next car", without even asking me why i was their she finally comes to the window and asks me to move to the waiting bay. I told her I wanted no salt on the fries and my sauces weren't correct, she replies "I already told them don't stress, can you move to the waiting bay". First of all this was the worst customer service I've received it wasn't even busy for me to make a valid excuse for the rude attitude she projected.
