McDonald's Keilor Park — Restaurant in Melbourne

I ordered a bacon and egg mighty muffin meal with a almond milk medium coffee and paid with my phone via MasterCard. I had to repeat myself about 4 times to get the order started and I found that kind of strange, I didn’t know if I was being made a joke of behind the scenes. Then there were 2 cars in front of me I noticed as I paid for my meal. I believe I waited for about 7- 10 min to move from that moment. Then the car in front got their food reasonably quickly. I got to the food collection window and was given my coffee. No acknowledgment of the long wait times or that anything was out of the ordinary for them. I was expecting at least a “I’m so sorry about the wait”. Then I waited at the last window for I’d say another 10 min before I decided to go around and park and come in to find out what was going on. I believe it was the manager in grey was serving at the counter there was a couple talking to her and she saw me I was the only other person waiting. It looked as if they were friends and just talking and gossiping and I was ignored. Then they ordered (I saw there receipt 🧾 it was order 190 or 192 I think) and she said something to the effect of woopsie and the customer said something and she joked “yeah, hopefully I do get fired for that”. My food was nowhere in sight still. Finally I made it to the counter and I said I’d been waiting for so long and I was in drive through and wondered what the problem was. As I said that the lady came out with my food to take to window number 3. They still hadn’t even noticed I wasn’t waiting there. They still hadn’t even tried to give me my food. My food was still not even ready until then?!? She gave me my food and I said. “What happened, why did it take so long?” She said “we were just really busy”. There were no other customers. I’d just taken her away from gossiping with friends and undercharging them and then she said she was busy. It was a complete joke/lie. I’m not one to make poor reviews or complain but this was notable from start to finish. Extremely disappointed in the entire experience. There was a deliveries driver that witnessed the in store events. #disappointed...

Online order at 12:30. Paid for and waiting for table delivery. Hog chic arrived within minutes and after wait in over 20 minutes for my order, I went up to counter to enquirer about my order. Spoke to a very perturbed young lady who seem flustered and anxious. I said that I was waiting on my meal which was paid for online over 20 minutes earlier. Being patient and courteous as I am, I was polite. She questioned me and said you got your order as we can’t see it on out terminals. I emphasized that I hadn’t received it and proceeded to show my order on my app at which she snapped and rudely said Can’t you see we are busy!” And turned her back to me. I sat down and she brought me an order which was incorrect. I went back up to the counter and asked where the rest of my order was. I again showed her my order on my app. She again Told me to bring her back the order and she will arrange a replacement. Losing my patience, I took back my uneaten partial meal. While standing there waiting for her to acknowledge I had returned the incomplete meal. She said she found my original order. It was sitting on the counter. Obviously from when it wax ordered 40 minutes have passed and she brought me my order to the table. With obvious reluctance she said sorry for the delay. Wow! Not...

Hey keilor park maccas. we go there a lot and you all pretty good. But as we were waiting for our mozzarella sticks which were fire btw there was a full coffee sitting outside the window we were waiting at and i think it got a bit out of context. So to the guy who came and grabbed it and said sarcastically “thanks for leaving your cup there” quite aggressively just letting you know bro that was not us. And the driver did tell you that it wasn’t which you then slammed the window shut on us which quite frankly upset us a little. I can understand how it was a little confusing as i did stick my hand out the window to see if it was full but bro i swear i don’t even drink coffee or hot drink because i’m low key lactose and tolerant. Shout out to the goat lady who was actually handing us our mozzarella sticks like a queen serving us our stringy cheese craved stomachs. Bestie did have a little struggle opening the slammed shut window but she eventually wiggled it open. But hope you’re okay bro you must of been having quite a bad night for you to have a little go at your paying supportive customers. 1 star for my queen and 1 star for the fire...
