Cafe 747 — Restaurant in Melbourne

What a horrible experience !!! I couldn’t have been served by a more nasty lady that has no idea what day it is nor can remember a small order 2 minutes after I ordered. Maybe a notepad might be a good idea for you to use…

I asked for 2 chicken wraps and 2 cinnamon donuts, When I went to pay for my food she asked me again what I ordered so I had to repeat myself twice, make things worse when I had ordered 2 cinnamon donuts she then tells me she only has 1 left… clearly I seen 2 of them in the window when I told the waiter my order.. then tells me that another customer took the other donut (who ordered after me)

I received my 2 chicken wraps which were cold, toasted on the outside but the chicken inside was cold as ice.I also noticed they use coleslaw in the wrap as opposed to lettuce, tomato, carrot which you’d expect in a chicken wrap. Definitely an unusual selection of ingredients probably to cut costs mind you I paid $15 for each wrap…

This cafe is definitely overrated, overpriced and the menu they offer is terrible. Probably good for coffee but that’s about it. I’ll never be back.

Better value for money at Jet Stream cafe that’s around the corner, they listen to the customer, are very friendly and the food tastes great.

747 was good maybe 6-7 years ago but since the old chef left it’s only gone downhill since. I deeply regret my decision to give it another try only to be...

The ladies are friendly, quick and organised... Wish I love because I usually am not on my way into work... Coffees are always great, can get a little busy in the mornings as its the only decent coffee shop around but if you have the time, it's worth it the wait... Food is good, never had a reason to complain but just like the morning, if you have the time it can get a little busy but you can order a pick up ahead of you can but in saying that the ladies are quick & you shouldn't have to wait very long at all... Love the cosy feel as well - Thanks ladies, keep up the great service...

Went for lunch with other girls and God Oh God, can they be slower and nasty.

The ready food on the shelf took 10 minuts to arrive on the table, and they over toasted the muffins. Asked for BBQ sauce, and there was none in it.

Two of us had ordered curry on rice, and the plates had visible differences in quantity.

Asked for fresh chips, and damn that was another mistake.

Can you be any more lousy in your services and the food quality and quantity..

Definitely not gonna...
