Every time I come here, there is a small dream in the back of my head. The dream that a young man; James Davy will create my order. It all started one year ago, I was a mere denizen of Somerville, with no home and nowhere to go in life. I went to McDonald's™ for my fix of delicious fried chicken and flame grilled 100% Australian ground beef. As I sank my teeth into my cheeseburger the mouthwatering flavor of the meat patty made contact with my tongue, as my taste buds were exposed to the juices excreted from the meat I had finally realized it, this was the best burger I have ever, and will ever have. As I finally began to register this reality I felt tears began to seep down my cheek, this burger simply could not be beaten in quality or craftsmanship, everything I would eat after this burger would simply be a disappointment compared to the likes of this burger. My single tear was shortly followed by a tsunami of them, I had began to weep. I tried to disguise my wailing but it was uncontrollable and admittedly, I caused quite a scene. Moments later, a young man approached me, he consoled me and really made me feel at home within McDonald's™ Somerville, I request to meet the person who manufactured my burger and the young man told me he was in fact the skilled craftsman who made my burger. I ask for his name and he replied two words, "James Davy". This moment turned my whole life around. I continued going to McDonald's™ Somerville as often as I could since I had eaten one of James's burgers, I actually met my wife on one of these trips and I'm glad to say we're having our first child in less than 3 months time (It's a boy!) and I plan on naming him after after James, the man who gave me the motivation to keep on pushing in life and instilled within me a strong grindset (grind mindset) The 100% Australian ground beef cheeseburger James made for me on that fateful afternoon taught me much in life. You should go to McDonald's™ Somerville. You should eat one of James Davy's 100% Australian ground beef cheeseburgers. You should...
Read moreI Ordered 2 McFlurrys with Oreos, choc sauce and a flake for my grand daughters at 9.30pm last night in drive thru. Girl on cash register was nice and polite. The store was not busy. Young lad gave me the ice creams, I handed them to the girls and drove off. They opened the lids and there was about a dessert spoon of choc syrup, no Oreos and no flake, so I drove back through and was greeted with a very rude response from the young lady on duty. Walked off without saying anything let alone an apology. She remade the ice creams, we would have been happy to have just had the extras added to the existing icecreams. She handed the new icecreams over, took the first ones back and was clearly put out. We drove off again, to find she hadn’t added the flake. So I drove around again and this time was greeted by the same girl who took the ice creams without a word and handed them back with a flake, again not a word, let alone an apology. I wasn’t rude or angry but I said to her, this was not our fault, the order had been placed correctly, to which she replied “all good”. I could have said more but I let it go but gosh I...
Read moreWhat is wrong with McDonald's in general? Every time if I go to any maccas and order more than two items they will stuff it up. Seriously, i am jibbed of an iten everytime, someone needs to start a class action, they collectively must make millions from sold stuff they dont supply. Today at the stare was a little different, I ordered a large fanta for myself and a small one for my daughter. What could go wrong you ask? Well their soft drinks are always hit and miss, sometimes obviously not mixed enough syrup in them. I have a great idea, I dont wanna tell you how to run your business, but maybe get something that holds exactly the same amount of syrup, then there will be some consistency. But I digress, you'll see the picture attached, the large one was spot on, but the small one was filled to about an inch and a half from the top and wasnt much more than water with a slight orange tinge to it and tasted like fizzy water too. I know its only $3:00 something, but thats not the point. I'm certain they do it purposely to boost profit. Thanks for...
