The WORST McDonaldâs service ever received.
After a busy morning playing with kids at superzu, around 1 pm with two hungry kids in the car we went to McDonaldâs next door drive through service.
By some reason it took around 10mins or more for the car ahead for making the order and another 10-15mins for paying. Whole lot of customers got stuck in the drive through without movement.
While I have reached the pay station I was complaining to the staff âit was ridiculous time for ordering from drive through for a customer ordering from drive through service, for customers like this it might be easier asking them to get inside of the shop rather than blocking the whole storeâ while I was paying.
Not until the staff replied, the store manager directly jumped out and yelled at me âyou cannot abuse my staff!â I was like â?????â Are you talking with me? I didnât abuse your staff or anything as I was make a statement of facts with 2 hungry kids in the car! The very rude manager was keep yelling to me. âYou cannot doubt our way and you cannot abuse my staff! If you want to pay you pay now, otherwise you come into the storeâ. I said â no I donât wanna get into the store as everyone deserve a quick service while we choose to order drive throughâ then the man was keep yelling â you are blocking the others now!â
Ok. To stop this drama I paid my bill quickly as I know others are waiting.
But I should not taking the blame due to any dispute between the store and any other customers. Without you jumped in we have already finished my complain and paid my bill.
Finally I have paid my bill quickly and driven away with an unpleasant experience.
On the way back I have noticed my large chips ordered WAS NOT in my bag!!
I called back to the store for this. Such a great luck. It was the same guy again!! Without any apologies for anything, just told me that I can either drive back to pick up my chips or I can claim it back next time. Yes as you have expected, either way are not customers friendly. Then I have noticed it was the same person I have requested an apologize and rephrased that I did not abuse his staff but yes a complaint. Unfortunately it was ended without any luck. I have been told that it was a hard customer ahead of me. Hence he tried to protect his staff.
Well first of all I have not attacked your staff, secondly why should I been blamed or yelled due to someone elseâs actions? Thirdly I have not received all the food I have ordered, again without caring or apologize AT ALL!!!!!!
If you call this as a professional service, store management and customer caring. I wish you can have the same customer experience whenever you have got unfair service or making a complaint.

   Read moreMy mum (who has bad eyesight) ordered a medium coffee frappe around 1pm today (5th of Jan 2019) with no cream and no drizzle. Although the grill was met, it had come to my attention after my mother had finished around 80% of the frappe already that there were black specks inside the cup. At first glance, they appeared like mould so my mother told me to chuck it out for her. I didn't think much of mould because I thought my mother had left it there and was too preoccupied with work to throw it out, so I did it for her. While doing so, it turned out that the black specks were not mould but PLASTIC. Blended plastic, in my mum's frappe. By pouring out the drink, I found even larger pieces of black plastic at the bottom on the drink. This is utterly disgusting and speaking as a crew member of a different McDonald's, horrendous and completely irresponsible on the crew's part for not noticing before handing out the drink in drive thru. Seriously, how did you guys miss BLACK SPECKS (and chunks) of PLASTIC in a LIGHT BROWN COLOURED FRAPPE while making AND handing out the drink. By the time we had discovered this, it was already 3pm and my mum had drank most of it anyway, so we did not return to the store for a refund. Furthermore, my mum has to work from home today and thus cannot take anymore breaks. I do not even want anything in exchange in fear that it may contain PLASTIC in the food. I wish I took pictures of the black specks in the drink, however I do have photos of the plastic after i poured out the frappe into my sink.    Read moreSo hereâs my sad story: So one Saturday night after good solid weekend of doing nothing I decided to treat myself to a delicious McDonalds feed at 2:30am.
Jump in my car and with a smile a delicious dreams I headed into my local McDonalds, once again to be disappointed because my normal life isnât full of them already.
So silly me, I ask for a think shake (haha right) yeah nah the machine is broken (surprise) I down grade to a ice coffe with minimal ice I asked (yeah nah cup full of ice) couple apple pies but also wasnât supper hungry so I fancied a Double cheeseburger (wonât hurt I said)
I pay for my meal and as good bloke I paid with the local donation to some great cause McDonalds is sponsoring (good on them)
At the pick up I grabbed my food and headed home (200m away) so here I am open the bag to find the ice coffe mostly ice and the cheese burger was half un wrapped (strange I thought) so open it up and as grab it the bottom bun wasnât really wanting to be part of the burger, just wasnât feeling it tonight.
Then I pick it up and notice it was very stif ... Iâm pretty sure John Wick used those type of paddies in heâs suit to stop bullets.
The burger ohh if it had any more Oil in it, America would try to invade it by now. Long story short I binned it and enjoyed my ice with dash of coffe and two delicious apple...
