Ordered banh mi's via online delivery and happy overall with what was received. It was a Monday approx 1pm.

Tasty, crispy, crunchy pork. Rolls were crusty outside and soft inside. Essential ingredients were as expected. Special requests/instructions were met.

Main feedback for not giving 5 stars: The vietnamese iced coffee could have been a bit stronger - but that could just be my taste. I ordered extra pork which - in relation to the quantity provided - might not have been worth the cost (about half the cost of a full banh mi) ... In hindsight, ordering 2 pork banh mi's might have been a better way to go. We couldn't pick up enough of lemongrass flavour in the chicken banh mi - still tasty though.

But otherwise, all good and I'll happily order...

Delicious –One of the Best Crispy Pork Rolls Around!

Ms Banh Mi in Kilsyth South is an absolute gem! Their signature crispy pork rolls are hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had — perfectly balanced with crunchy crackling, fresh herbs, pickled veg, and that soft yet crusty baguette that makes every bite incredible. You can tell everything is made with care and fresh ingredients.

The service is friendly and efficient, even during busy times, and the shop itself is clean and welcoming. I’ve tried a few of their other items too, and they’ve all been spot on, but the crispy pork roll is definitely the star of the show — a must-try if you’re anywhere nearby!

Highly recommend stopping by — once you try it, you’ll definitely be back...

Generously filled little rolls. $11 roast pork. A touch dry meat flesh but certainly crunchy crackling and overall the sauce made up for any dryness (roll was a tad dry too - not super fresh at 10:30am on a Monday morning but this is not a bakery). A touch over sauced with mayo and hoisin for my liking. A tad too sweet but very good. The $10 cold cuts - watched her apply pate but a very thin layer and definitely not very present. I’m happier with the amount of mayo this time because no sweet hoisin. But in an industrial zone like this I’m impressed that they do a cold cuts at all. Yummy. The Vietnamese iced coffee was delicious too. Definitely a good time out here in blue collar...
