Mulgrave Pizza House — Restaurant in Melbourne

Pizza places are a dime a dozen but finally, after a lengthy search around Mulgrave, I have to say this is up there as one of the best I've had, and not just in the area.

Great range of options. There is care for the balance of flavour from thickness of the crust to the topping. If you want thin base, then just ask.

It's been a struggle to find a good pizza place around Mulgrave. Unfortunately, I've been misled by a number of higher rated ones. This could be a relative thing, but others that have a good rating have turned out to be best amongst the bad. The rating for Mulgrave Pizza house is legitimate!

We're so glad to have found this local gem. My first time to the shop where I odered "The Lot" and I was willing to pay more for extra topping, I was advised by the lovely owner to try it first. She said there would be ample. Too much makes it soggy and not cook properly. She was completely right.

If you're vegetarian, like my wife, you can't go wrong with the pumpkin. She now refuses to eat vegetarian options from anywhere else. I don't blame her.

Every pizza shop menu I've painstaking searched for seems to think the only vegetables that exist are capsicum, onion, and then topped cheese. Olives if they think they're adventurous. It's sad, really.

I ordered a pizza through Ubereats, which took 1.5 hours to get to me. I've been told to self isolate, i can't get out to get food for myself. By the time the food got to me, it was stone cold and inedible. I've been starving for awhile and still, I literally couldn't finish this pizza.

This was because of Ubereats apparently, they couldn't find a driver but when I called in to speak with the store the woman answering the phone gave me the worst customer service, I was honestly gobsmacked.

I was never offered an apology, the tired woman simply stated that it was not her fault, she'd obviously known the pizza sat there for over an hour and sent out a stone cold pizza and that it was because Uber did not have any drivers available (she kept stating the same thing over and over) At no point did she seem apologetic that this pizza had gone out to a customer in such a poor state, nor did she seem to care.

Wanda Pizza around the corner makes great pizza every time and quickly, I had only tried Mulgrave Pizza House because I wanted to save on delivery, which left me with an absolutely terrible...

Recently experienced pizza from here at a few family parties. Pizza has a nice base which is not to thick nor to thin! Perfectly cooked and a nice colour to go with it. I've tried a few different ones on the menu now and my stand out is THE LAMB Pizza. Just like a greek souvlaki! Yum! I've tried Pizza like that elsewhere and always get horrible lamb, but this seemed fresh and was very soft/tender and tasty! The tzatziki ontop was perfect and not overpowering. The Hawaiin is also great and love the garlic and cheese! Andreas special has lots of ingredients and a great taste and the capricciosa is packed with toppings and yummy salty olives! Taste like home-made greek olives. Tried more and still others I'd like to try too! Looking forward to the halloumi! Keep up the good work...
