So I ordered 5 Paella Grande online...and I go there to pick them up and I find that they've packed 5 regular paellas...(half the size of the grande box)...so I asked the manager, why did they do the small paellas when I've ordered the large ones...and his response "either ways it'll be the same quantity regardless of the box!!!"...and he kept making a joke of himself trying to convince me that it doesn't matter which box...it'll be the same quantity...and then finally he offered to swap them for the right sized boxes... He then asks the girls to change my order to the $21 dollar boxes instead!!!...They get the right sized boxes...kept piling rice into them then added the small sized boxes on top...(no added chicken) and he hands them out to me..(even though I watched them filling the bigger boxes with rice) and he again won't apologize and he keeps going again about the fact that the quantity in the small box is similar to the quantity in the large box...!!!!...
A joke of a person is this manager over there....a thief, won't apologize and acknowledge a "mistake" and lastly...he's got his own version of physics apparently that says that different sized boxes are equal in size...even if you saw him trying to refill the bigger boxes... Absolute incompetence like...
Read moreMy partner and I are not one to complain, however this situation has built up over time. We decided to give him the benefit of the doubt after our first encounter, but every single visit his attitude has been extremely rude and discourteous.
Extremely poor service from one staff in particular, skinny indian guy with curly hair and beard. Very argumentative and rude when requested to have leg piece for my quarter chicken every time I visit (EVEN THOUGH I AM PAYING FOR IT), not as if I requested to have free chicken or free meal. He is the main reason why I would hate to go and dine at my all-time favourite chicken restaurant. Been a member since 2015 and this has never been an issue. Absolutely disgusted with this customer service.
Ordered our food online tonight and went to pick it up, the same employee looked at my partner straight in the eye, ignored him and kept talking to his colleague while leaning against the bench. A kind indian girl then came up and served my partner as a proper customer service attendant would. Not sure how he still has a job there, his presence makes the place very unwelcoming...
Read moreSuch a disappointment, ordered 2 meals had to repeatedly tell my order to the man on the register, sat down and then my food was put under the heat lamp while the manager im guessing kept serving customers, my food was sitting under the lamp for 7minutes before I recieved it at my table, obviously it was cold by then and I asked if they could re make my chips because they were now cold only for the manager to argue with me saying they were made fresh, mind you both orders were ment to have chips and one arrived with coleslaw.my 4 bbq ribs were also forgotten and had to get off my seat to go ask how far they were, no apologies or compensation for anything, very unprofessional.
